I decided to give this drink “ a go” and I am glad I did.
Delivery was quick and after a couple of nights it helped with settling and sleeping better and I feel calm if I wake up during the night. I am now drinking this every night before bed. Only downside for me is it is a bit pricey.

An amazing, tasty hot chocolate with all the goodness! Helped me get a great night's sleep! Love the taste and love my new bedtime routine! Highly recommend!

I’ve been drinking Ten PM now every night for about four months and it has helped me get a better night’s sleep. I look forward to having it before I go to bed and I really like the taste of it.

This hot chocolate by Ten PM has a great taste and I found helped me sleep deeper and longer....it uses natural ingredients and is not rich like conventional hot chocolates,sugar free and I use it as part of my supplements,worth a try.

Sleep at last!

Not sleeping well is a huge problem for me. It’s part of my ongoing Long Covid symptoms. I thought I had tried everything until I spotted an advert for tenpm. I can honestly say that my sleep has improved immensely… I occasionally still wake during the night, but feel calm, relaxed and in a dreamy sort of state, meaning I can get back to sleep. I feel so refreshed each morning! I look forward to it each evening… it’s vegan, which is perfect for me and the taste is great too! Loraine Taylor

I was having trouble shutting off of an evening, part of this my job and the other menopause anxiety. I now have this every evening 30mins before bed and I literally feel myself nodding off. It’s that good I take it to bed and drink it in bed. I’m so pleased with it I’ve recently subscribed to it monthly 👍

Discovered this and tried it - can confirm it works. Has become my nightly routine which I know helps me drift off and stay asleep. Really great value and consistent quality. You should give it at least 2 weeks (using it every night) before you start to feel the benefits properly.

I love this product which helps with my sleep. As it is winter I am having a small mug full every night as it is very comforting. I make it with half hot water and half raw milk warmed in the frother, alternatively, I make it hot water and a splash of double cream. The only slight criticism I have is that it is a bit overly sweet, as I gave up all types of sugar a few years ago. so it would be lovely if you were to produce a less sweet version. Apart from that, I love the essentials vitamins and minerals and would recommend it

I used to wake often through the night and since taking this drink noticed such a difference, at first in sleep quality and now sleeping through the night most nights!

Great night time chocolate drink, really like the bonus if added vitamins & minerals especially magnesium to help ease muscle tension, said relaxation & promote better sleeping.
Tastes creamy, slight earthy tones but sweet like chocolate. Low calories too.

I drink 10pm daily about an hour before bed in a cup of warm milk. I whisk it as it does not mix particularly well. I find it gives me a deep sleep but I do avoid eating other foods in the evening as I find this can affect sleep.
I do however find the drink very sweet. I wonder whether the sweetness is necessary.

I’m on my 4th tub now. I definitely think it helps with my sleep. It tastes great, like a luxury hot chocolate. I have this every night before I go to bed.

Love this drink. Have it most nights.
