So you order a couple times and everytime it’s great but now that I spend $320 they ignore me fully (b4 they would respond in 1 min or less)
And it’s been 5 days and they still haven’t shipped my order nor responded to me once DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE FCK THE CHEAP PRICES THESE GUYS ARE IMMATURE AND WANT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I make regular orders. Usually $200-300/m. The first few months of ordering was awesome. One of my orders came with one missing tip, super great customer service. Immediately gave me a code to put in next time I order.
Then recently, I received my order that was missing 3 of the juicy apple flav. I spoke to support. They said take a pictures of my order with the mail evidence etc.. email it to support. I did.
Then I sent a follow up email.
Then another follow up email.
Then I contacted support again.
They said they emailed me april 5th (4 days after my first inquiry of the missing tips) I checked everywhere. They didnt.
I tried contacting support again saying you know i get that this stuff happens, if you would just communicate with me and let me know what's going on. Maybe you need to count stock, and id be more than happy to wait, but, not responding for 7 days is starting to irritate me. Anyways, here I am 9 days later, still no response, I received 35 out of my 38 tips and they lost a solid continuous customer.
Its not hard to communicate. so I will never deal with this company ever again.

Everything was fast and easy! My buddy tried these guys out and I was a bit skeptical at first. However, everything arrived and all was working totally fine. I was impressed, so I tried them out myself.

Ordering online was easy, and they got my products shipped out quickly which I appreciated.

Fresh, great products for less. The only issue I had was with the Carts as they're not very consistent on each pull, but that's a hardware issue, not a product issue.

Picked up orange crush and green apple, i am beyond happy with my order and it came relatively quickly. Orange crush is delicious

How long dose it take for a payment to go through first time buyer here HELP

I ordered on feb 1st tried reaching out 4 times now and there not responding. If I don't get this taken care of soon. Ill be contacting the rcmp for theft.

They may have got a new batch, cause I wont order that one again, it was probably 2 years ago since I bought that flavour. Other than that, its the only place I buy vape pens !!
Only have been shorted once by 2 pens. So always record the opening of parcel, as they wont take you word for it!

I started ordering from Ten$carts a couple months ago and have loved them since the first order! I'm a longtime smoker and wanted something strong and cheap to reduce spending. Now, this is the only place I buy from. Great quality and their products get the job done! Shipping times have not been a problem for me, I have not had any problems so far. If I did at this point, I would still most likely buy from this site because the first impressions were great!

I was talking to customer service about my package, all was fine but the person I was talking too had changed from "clara" to "jacob" and immediately butted in our conversation and took over without any explanation, which i didn't know they could do. "jacob" was being very unhelpful and a few messages in told me i sounded "lost" and "drunk" .. very unprofessional and rude, he then cut the conversation short without any explanation. don't bother, it's a scam and takes not only your money, but also your patience!

I like the fact this site is so easy to use. My ordering was quick and easy. Other guys offer free express shipping over 100 bucks but they don't have the vast selection tencarts does. Got my order quick and it all looks good so far. Tried a cartridge and some gummies last night. So far so good. Ill be back for sure.
Can't wait to take a few carts on vacation so I can truly relax. Hahaha

- 5 jours pour préparer ma commande.
- J'ai payé l'express post 2 jours le 5 janvier A.M., la commande est arrivée le 13 janvier P.M.
- Erreur dans la commande.
- Sur 4 live resin : le Orange Bud et le Jelly Breath goûtent tous les deux la même chose : le moisi, oui oui, le pot moisi. Je leur écris en disant qu'il y a un problème et on me répond que c'est parce que je ne suis pas fait pour les subtilités du live resin... de m'acheter du distillat.
Ce que j'avais fait.
- Produit distillé : trop de saveur pour essayer de masquer un petit goût tannant qui revient toujours.
Ils m'ont donné des crédits en magasin et un 20 % supplémentaire que je n'utiliserai pas et j ai jeter toute la commande. je n' ai aucune confiance dans c est produit.
Plus jamais avec cette compagnie. Ne magasinez pas un prix. Vous jouez avec votre santé....

DONT GET RIPPED OFF LIKE ME. If I could give 0 starts I would, but unfortunately I have to give at least 1. Placed an order weeks ago. Received a notice that the supplier dropped it off at the shipping facility a few days later and now it doesn’t exist. 1 email address listed as a contact for this company comes back as non existent and undeliverable, one email address (conveniently the one the e transfers go to), my emails just go unanswered. There is a live chat option, conveniently nobody is available to chat. Don’t waste your time, and more importantly, your money.
