Yesterday my daughter and I were looking at warehouse space with Matt Frazee. After looking at one space I advised that we had already seen the second space on his list. When we exited the building he went into a rage yelling at both of us saying we were unethical for talking with another broker despite the fact that we had signed nothing making him our exclusive broker. After his tirade we went to our vehicle trying to gather our composure when Matt pulled into the spot next to us and again began berating us. Following the verbal assault both of us were extremely upset and shaken up. My husband contacted Matt via email to ask for a face to face meeting which he described as a threat, stated he was not afraid of him and accused him of cowardice, slander and unethical conduct. I have never been treated with such disrespect in my life!

Steve Gillespie has been absolutely amazing finding us a new home for the business. We had a few hurdles to get over as we were looking for quite a large space while being a small business not as well known if not familiar with the boutique world, but he made it happen! He was super patient as I think we toured 20+ buildings and kept sending new spaces for over a year looking for the perfect fit for our budget/space/location etc. He never gave up on us until I was completely happy with the space (which admittedly, can be a feat in itself as I’m picky and wasn’t going to settle for just any space that fit the size/price criteria). He was also super communicative and educated on any areas of the process that I wasn’t as familiar with or weren’t previously applicable with our much smaller previous space. Definitely recommend! I found the website via Google and it was simple and easy to request help from a broker. Aaron reached out right away and did provide me with good insight as to different things to consider as a first time commercial lessor. This proved to be a good resources vs. just calling around to random brokers to see if the represent prospective tenants.

Joe was reasonably responsive and knowledgeable. He was also very flexible, always making extra effort to be available.

Working with Will McGrath was a great experience! He was very patient and kind. He was a pleasure to work with. He answered the million and one questions I had. Before working with him, I was dealing with two realtors who took days to return one text message. Will answered all questions in a timely manner and answered every phone call with no hesitation.
