IT IS A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
I ordered an Iphone 11 in July. I never got the phone and they have refused to return my money.

TRUFFATORI al 100% !!! Mai arrivati il telefono e neanche il rimborso, non FIADATEVI questa è una recensione vera!

Seriously? Ordered and payed iphone months ago. No delivery and no answers at calls & mails.
And then ask us to rate your service.

Nooit de IPHONE 11 ontvangen. Wel 419,- betaald. Gelukkig met Credit Card betaald, dus refund van Visa gekregen. Maar Telwer zijn oplichters! Ze beweren inderdaad dat de bestelling bij de verzender kwijt is geraakt en daarna hoor je niets meer!

inizialmente mi hanno detto che mi avrebbero dato un nuovo telefono ma non mi è mai arrivato niente
dopo una serie di email di scuse sono spariti
non comprate niente da questo sito

This company is a complete scam. I ordered my phone over a month ago and I was given this tracking number on a dodgy website. I knew something was wrong so I kept it touch with them. they answered my emails often. The tracking website said my package was stuck in Germany so I cancelled the order but never received my money back!!! They are controlling the tracking website by giving fake updates. they are theives they keep ur money and u get no phone. stay away

Purtroppo posso confermare che ti prendono in giro.
Paghi per niente, il telefono ordinato viene dato per disperso e nessuno ti rimborsa. Non ti rispondono alle email. Si credono furbi, ma un giorno ne risponderanno anche loro.

This company is a scam do not buy from them.
They took my money and confirmed everything straight away before the actual purchase. Then nothing no phone, no contact, no replies just silence and £430 lost in the transaction.
It was dispatched and shows it is stuck in Berlin. Looks like they own the dispatch company so make updates themselves.

POSIBLE ESTAFA. no llega el movil, te dicen si quieres un reembolso y dejan de responder a tus correos.

Compré un móvil a esta empresa y nunca llegó. Lo reclamé. Después de un mes y medio me dijeron que se había extraviado y que me iban a hacer el reembolso a la tarjeta con la que pague, que mi envio estaba asegurado, pues les amenace con denunciarles. Mentira. Es una estafa.
Han dejado de responder a mis correos, cuando les dije que no me llegaba el dinero del reembolso. Hasta les ofrecí devolverlo a través de PayPal.
Espero que esta reseña no la borren.

I orderd an IPhone 11 64 GB on 2 sep.

After the order, i got an order with confirmation. After that an email with shipping information.
The tracking information seems not oké. I orderded on 2 september and from 6 september till now, the tracking information is still the same, no changes.
Telwer is a scam. This people do not answer the mails and if you call them, no answer.
The tracking information, seems that they own the site where they make changes.
Telwer.com and epsslv.com, both are not oké.

I checked the source code of the site Telwer. I found a site called shopify.com
This means that the domain name Telwer.com (may be) is bought there. I contacted by chat the Shopify.com to know more information about Telwer.com. They cannot give me more information.
For me, i will use all this information to know who works with Telwer.

People who give good reviews for Telwer, are paid to do this. It could be Telwer. They can use many accounts to do this.

I order a Samsung s9 phone a month ago they said it was out for delivery with the shipper, there was a tracking no ,so I tracked the so called phone from Latvia to Riva to Brussels to Paris then nothing it just disappeared no tracker .I contacted Telwer they said because of co - vid it was taking longer and would I rather be returned the money.I said yes please ,since then nothing .do not buy from these people it is surely a scam.

Non c’è niente di offensivo nel dire che state pubblicizzando dei truffatori ?comnq questi gran figli di tutti i soldi che anno truffato alla povera gente li spenderanno per comprarsi medicine per loro e i loro cari

I've order a Samsung s10 more than a month ago now, and at date, still no news of my phone. I was told the package got lost and a new phone will be sent right away by DHL. I asked to receive the new tracking reference, as proof of shipment and now, 11 days later, they are still not answering my emails. It started so well. The booking process was easy and I thought their customer service was good. But now, I'm convince it's just another SCAM. Be aware.

Non si possono mettere 0 stelle o le metterei. Ho fatto una precedente recensione ma è stata rimossa senza che trust pilot mi contattare per verificare. Così ora posso dire quello che penso. Questo sito è una truffa. NON COMPRATE! Non arriva nulla e se non avete pagato con Paypal, non avrete più indietro i vostri soldi. E comunque, anche qui stanno ritardando il rimborso, forse perché sono furbi e sanno come fare. Spero di aiutare qualcuno a non abboccare prima che mi cancellino anche questa recensione. E continuerò a farne anche in altri siti per denunciare questa truffa.

Net hetzelfde hier. Ook een iphone bij Telwer besteld op 26 augustus 2020. Na meer dan 2 weken na de bestelling, nog steeds niets ontvangen, terwijl het bedrag van € 269 wel is overgemaakt. Je kan hen telefonisch niet bereiken, want het nummer is steeds in gebruik. Ook op herhaaldelijke emails wordt er niet geantwoord. Ik kan hen dus helemaal niet contacteren om te vragen waar het toestel blijft. Zeer vreemd en dubieus. Hopelijk kan ik het bedrag nog terugvorderen via mijn kredietinstelling.
