Account closed and winnings voided AFTER successful KYC verification – Unacceptable & Avoid Telbet
Review (1-star): if there is a way I can minus the 1 ⭐ review, please do it.
I deposited and played at Telbet with no issues at first. After winning a decent amount, I requested a withdrawal.
Telbet then required verification, which I completed promptly.
I received confirmation that my verification was successful. Shortly after, I received an email from "Viktor (Telbet Support)" dated 2 April 2026, informing me that my account had been closed and my funds (including winnings and attempted withdrawal) were voided due to an "internal commercial decision." The email stated the decision is final and cannot be reversed, with no specific reason, no evidence of any rule violation, and no real opportunity to appeal.
This is deeply disappointing and unfair. I provided all requested documents, passed their verification, and still had everything taken away without explanation. I have full evidence: deposit records, betting history, win screenshots, the successful verification confirmation, withdrawal attempt, and the closure email.
Unfortunately, this matches reports from other players who experienced the same — successful KYC followed by sudden account closure and lost funds.
It makes the "no KYC" or easy verification promise feel misleading when big wins are involved.
I strongly warn others: think very carefully before depositing at Telbet. What seems like a player-friendly crypto casino can quickly turn into lost money with no accountability. I'll be filing complaints through dispute services and sharing my documentation.
No specific reason was provided for the closure, no evidence of any breach of terms was given, and no opportunity to appeal or clarify was offered. I have full documentation: deposit records, betting history, win screenshots, and the withdrawal attempt. There was no prior warning, and no indication of any violation on my part. The support response was a generic template pointing only to their Terms & Conditions page.
This feels like a classic case of a casino refusing to pay out winning players under a vague clause that heavily favors them.
Other players have reported similar unexplained account closures and confiscated balances on review sites, which raises serious red flags about Telbet's reliability.
I strongly advise players to think twice before depositing here. What starts as "no KYC" and easy bonuses can quickly turn into lost funds when you actually win. I'll be pursuing this through available dispute channels and sharing my evidence.
