Do not purchase their groupon
I would not recommend purchasing a Groupon from First Dental Studio or any service of theirs based on my experience. Initially, I bought a Groupon deal and scheduled an appointment, which I had to cancel. The studio assured me they would honour the voucher for a future booking. After cancelling a subsequent appointment, which I did in advance, they allowed me to reschedule without any indication of an issue. However on arrival for the rescheduled appointment, I was informed that my voucher would not be honoured due to multiple cancellations. This was particularly frustrating as there was no communication of this policy beforehand, when I was rebooking. Living an hour from the city, I had chosen to try this studio based on the Groupon offer. While the receptionist was nice, the lack of clear communication was not it. A straightforward explanation during our phone conversation would have been greatly appreciated to avoid unnecessary inconvenience. Why let me keep rescheduling and then not honour the voucher? Why not let me know? Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
