Same experience as everybody else unfortunately! Wish I checked this page before ordering. Ordered my son’s birthday present and have received no item and no communication. Currently trying to charge back through the bank.

Scammers! I Paid for my order 1 month ago, didn’t receive it! Sent thousands of emails asking for the order, till today no response. I don’t advise no one to shop with them!

Massive scam. Should have read reviews before buying. Ordered item for 2 year old’s Christmas present on November 28th. Still hasn’t arrived and no updates

I placed an order on 10th November. I have not received my order and it was a birthday present for my granddaughter. I have sent numerous emails but have had no response. Should this company be allowed to trade. They take your money and don't fulfil your order. This is thieving

Horrendous experience. This company dissolved in 2023 (as per Gov.co.uk) and still operates their Website taking peoples orders and money and no items are ever received. They seem to run similar websites -

Ordered item on 1 September and never reciveed it. No response to emails, money taken and judging by other reviews, never will. Fake scam company

They never sent me the product. I asked for a refund and had no reply. Just received an email asking for a review. Assume this company is fraudulent

I ordered my daughter a labubu key chain for her birthday, everywhere else had sold out so I was super excited I found somewhere that had them in stock. However It never arrived. I emailed them and it says the email address doesn't exist. Basically I sent them money for nothing

Terrible company, I ordered a keychain for my granddaughter on 23rd jun 2025 the email just keeps bouncing back website does not exist when you follow the link from a very disappointed customer or should I say ex customer?

Made an order took my money and didn’t receive, Tried to email but email doesn’t exist there is no way to get in touch with them,even the online chat doesn’t work either, do not order from here there proper scammers they need closing down absolute scum bags !!!!

Did not receive item ordered 22nd January and still waiting for it. They will send a tracking number exactly 14 days after order and exactly 1 month later ask for a review when no item recieved. On their website its showing on the way but since the 8th february. but no company to track it with. No response to emails and chat! Disgusting company scamming people out of money! AVOID!!!!!!!

Avoid its a scam. They never send you your order, will ignore you when you ask for tracking info and then will ignore you again when you ask for your money back. Scummy behaviour selling anything and scamming people, but absolute lowest of the low to scam people on the back of baby and children items. I have reported this website to the nscs as a scam and would advise others who have had the same experience to do the same to save others being scammed 😌

Absolute rip off. I usually check reviews before ordering online but they seemed legit so ordered a toy for a grandchild. Put simply it never arrived and there's zero response from these scammers. Avoid at all costs.
