Unprofessional with a complete lack of customer respect
Just to state my concerns regarding a reseller of used Apple Macs on Ebay. I enquired about a used iMac they were selling and having looked at their images online that were supposed to represent the item, I noticed that the the OS version didn't match the one their written description identified, so I messaged them:
Me - Hi. In your images it shows the Mac is loaded with OS Sonoma yet your description claims it’s loaded with Monterey. Which is it please?
teedi.tech - whichever is installed, it can go up to Sequoia (macOS 15).
Me - I am somewhat concerned that you appear to be using generic images to show the condition and build of this particular item and yet your description doesn’t match the item being sold.
teedi.tech - Have you seen the listing? It says 37 sold. Please check the reviews for the same item. There are zero negative or neutral reviews, so you will know that whatever we list or describe, whether as generic or original photos, you will get a similar one.
Me - WOW! What an incredibly unprofessional response to a perfectly reasonable question. We certainly won’t be doing any business with you!
