Ordered one face mask May 6, 2020. They charged credit card that day. They responded to my inquiries on June 10th saying it WOULD BE shipped on June 5th!!! Yes, June 5. When I check the on line status, it always says “printing” I believe this company is a huge scam. I’ll never order from them again. Today is June 12. I’m about to call credit card company to start a claim.

Total SCAM. Ordered weeks ago and never received. One of several Chinese scammers taking advantage of people who order in good faith during a global health crisis. Shameful

If I could give them less than one star, I would. Scam company. Took my money right away but didn't ship for the longest time. Several emails to company before I got an automated response saying shipping was delayed due to Covid-19. Product shipped from China - not American made. Finally got my face mask over two months later. Product is one layer fabric even though they say they're following CDC guide lines. Do not believe them. There product is not worth a dime.

Ordered 6 weeks ago, and the order hasn't even shipped. After trying for a refund for a week, I will be disputing with my bank and reporting them for internet fraud.

Do not order from them, scam! order on 4-28 and here we are 6-9. When you contact them they respond with the same answer and tell customers they are working to resolve the problem but do nothing.

I wish I would have read these reviews before they ripped me off,ordered 2 masks never received them they want my order number never got one...karma hopefully catching up with them.

ridiculously long wait (since late April -- it is now June) and the phone directory just says it will process in 5business days. I don't believe i may ever see my order. Don't waste your money and time, order elsewhere!

Not good....I ordered 2 mask on 4/22/20. The money was taken out on 4/22/20 still waiting for masks or refund...two and a half months... really...you took my money some quick !

ordered a mask in April, still not shipped. Cannot cancel an order as cancelations not allowed after processing starts, which is immediately after taking your money when you order. Filing through PayPal for refund. Scam company, should havw known better.

I am not a person that is rich so the money they took from my account really hurt when you get nothing in return. Have tried to call a number and only get an automated recording saying they need my order number never got an order number. Turning company into BBB. Please no one order from this company.

This is a SCAM company, when I tried to review my tracking number, I got an automated reply that they charged my visa card for two other items that I never authorized. I tried immediately to cancel, and a message came that said the masks were in the process of being printed and not available for cancel. This was minutes after I received the notice that my credit card had been charged twice more. They store your entire card, and can reuse it to their liking. I reported to my bank who will be investigating and report fraud. These are CRIMINALS. BEWARE!!!

Wish I could give NO stars. This is a total scam. They look at your social media page and then advertise with cute masks that are within your interests (i.e. baseball, dogs, cats). Take your money & then no tracking emails.Never received my products. Called and emailed for status updates many times & was asked for confirmation number which I never had. Will send you a bogus reply that they are working on your order, slow due to COVID. I notified my VISA and was reimbursed by them. Also in the process of notifying BBB, news channels, etc. BEWARE, they are criminals and have obviously preyed on the public during the pandemic & have sickeningly profited by it.

Ordered 2 masks and bunch shirts received the shirts last week. Still have never got the masks.

Ordered mask on 5/6/20 and friend liked it so on 5/11/20 ordered her on for a total of $ 19.94 per order. Went looking for the emails and the are blank. No order to use to check on orders. Phone number insistence for an order number. Dont have and never did. No way to talk to customer service. Believe a sham and it appears that they have made alot of money off us the poor public wanting to protect our health.

I ordered a face mask in May and I looked online for something saying when it would show and then I went back to find the email. It disappeared after they said that my email and name wasn't in there record. Total scam so upset

Ordered a phone cover in February,still hasnt been delivered,will never order or recommend again as they wont answer my emails,SO ANGRY

I ordered a 3pk of masks on may 4th and I hadn't received emails or updates just that it would ship in 14 to 21 business days and due to covid it may take longer and if you live international or domestic it may take even longer. I decided to live chat and I was given a refund for 50% of what I had originally paid and was told that my concern of not getting my product would be sent to production and management higher up to be looked into. So we will see if i actually get my product anytime soon.
