The scooter was amazing very cheap and lopks good

So far so good, delivered when they said they would looks great but not used yet as It’s a birthday gift for the boy.

Got 3500 pro for my daughter , seems great, nothing to complain about

Scooter is decent but battery dies after 2 miles, tried emailing them but nothing in return, scooter battery is definitely faulty as it states 25km distance which it doesn't do on a full charge

Hi first look was okay. Only the phone holder was missing. I sent an email to ask for it but no one replied. The scooter is good on flat surface but it is really bad at climbing hill even small ones.

Ordered the scooter for my grandson very helpful…
Unfortunately had to cancel which I did on the same day all fine, sent an email in regards to money being refunded which they said can take up to 3/5 working days which again I understood so sent two more emails asking for refund they replied unforeseen circumstances will have to wait longer, totally unacceptable…
It’s now two weeks in still no refund will never buy from this company again Very Very unsatisfied customer.

the scooter feels good quality didn't like the solid wheels at first but will get used to them and punctures can be a pain, so great to not have flats.buyers be aware of cruise control turn off. before you use can be dangerous and keep the speed setting low at first the rear break is excellent.

It arrived in great time. A bit heavier than expected but easy to assemble.

Easy to pick, good information about it in the product info, quick easy payment and delivery was quick. Love the scooter, faster then I thought but a real sturdy one. Great colours and lightweight.

It working well so far. It quite decent for the price to be honest. I'm happy with the product

I have ordered the scooter but when I changed my mind and I want to return for full refund before the item even shipped that’s where I discovered customer service doesn’t exist. Phone numbers provided were useless.

Don’t order from this company if you value your money.

After i made my order, they lost my order details, so for 3-4 days i was hanging on the phone to sort it out and they weren't very helpful at all. I had to find out they run out of that type what i ordered, so i had to make a new order on the phone.
I had to chase them otherwise they don't send me anything.
Then I received my scooter in a bad condition (scratch marks). Literally the box was half opened and the scooter was hanging out (this is more like the UPS fault). It looked like somebody has already used it previously.
The cable of the horn wasn't connected to the battery, it was just hanging out.
After a half an hour use it looses motor torque, so you can't go full speed.
Customer service is terrible.
For 500pound i feel like i've got scammed by Techtron. I don't recommend to order from them.
