What ever you do, do not buy from this site, I received two Samsung cases 12 days after ordering them, unfortunately they sent the wrong ones, now I have 2 cases they won't take back because they gave me a slight discount for being a first time buyer so I am out of pocket by £40 not happy at all

Happy with case, the privacy feature works really well. Will definitely buy another case in the future.

Amazing Case!! I bought this case recently for me and my sister, and they’re absolutely great! The privacy feature is really cool and it looks so aesthetic with so many colour options. I’m going to buy a couple more for my parents! 😊

Fast customer emails and helped me fit the case properly, no problems

Slow delivery , couldn't get finger print to work even after increasing sensitivity on phone so had to enable face recognition which not happy with.

I had my original case on my phone for 2 days and its already chipped and a hairline crack from being in handbag, the privacy isn't that great either

I have emailed them and they came back asking for pictures which I have sent over so let's see what they come back with can still update this review. (now edited)

The responses to emails was very rapid and they have sent me a new case, still cant get fingerprint recognition to register through it (have to lift bottom of case every time I have to use fingerprint which is frustrating).

Not a bad looking case though.

Great Case, received both my cases I ordered on time! My husband and I love them. The privacy screen definitely works and is a really cool feature!

Product is plastic not glass as advertised.

Case came and it doesn't protect as stated straight away the front & back of the case has cracked. They haven't replied to my e-mails an absolutely waste of money!

The case is great for protecting your phone. I have dropped it and left a dint in my floor but phone is OK. I had my water bottle and phone in bag and they collided somehow with my phone being ok but the case smashed 🙃. The fingerprint ID does not work with the case so had to change my ID to a pin. Company is very slow to reply to emails but they do reply.

Ordered two cases, both showed up in good condition from China. But there was no tracking number update when it got to my country.. (thats my small gripe)... my big gripe is one case buttons have already fell out, and neither case likes staying closed. Unfortunately its not even worth my time getting a refund for any of it, and my wife already ordered cases from a trusted source. This was a attempt for something different and new that flopped for us.

I bought a few cases for my partner and parents, they loved it! It looks so cool on their phones and now my sister wants one. Definitely will be purchasing again! 😊

I didn’t expect to love it this much, but the privacy screen is seriously impressive. From the front it looks totally normal, but from the sides it just goes black — like, completely. It’s kind of fun seeing people try to sneak a look and they literally can’t. 😂
On top of that, the case feels super clean in your hand — not bulky at all — and the design looks amazing in person. It snaps together magnetically, fits perfectly, and hasn’t yellowed like other cases I’ve used. Easily the best Samsung case I’ve bought.

I seen this product advertise on instagram and had a few friends who had rated similar products quite well. So obviously I had high expectations to try this product. I am very disappointed! It is a complete waste of money. The product was advertised to protect your phone whilst also being crack proof. My phone screen barely blacked out and I could still see what was on my phone screen from the side. Within a week the entire phone case had cracked and is now at a point where I can't even use some parts of the screen. Before the case became severely cracked, the product failed to accept my finger print as well as my S Pen. I had complained in the comment section on one of their videos on the official techterio instagram page, only to find my comment had been deleted. They had only kept positive comments! All in all, I do believe that this company is a complete scam and would happily inform people to avoid this company at all costs!

I saw the advertisement online and it said that the 360° protective case worked with the fingerprint scan to unlock my phone and other biometric apps. So I purchased the case for my S23 Ultra. It was very slow in coming approximately 8 weeks. When I fitted the case to my phone, I tried to unlock the screen with my fingerprint but it didn't work. The advertisement is an absolute lie. I contacted them to let them know it didn't work and they told me to adjust the screen sensitivity. I did this and it still doesn't work. 10 times I've now emailed them with no reply. This company should be stopped from trading because under the trades descriptions act it is false advertising. They are quick to take people's money but then the after sales is none existent.

The case arrived but it wouldn't recognise my fingerprint or S Pen. They did respond and said try again which I did. No luck, contacted them two more times without any response. Waste of money.

Honestly I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Ordered 2 cases for me and my partner. One arrived broken one with scratches.

Pros - Customer service is super prompt and quick like in a span of few minutes before you place the order and pay them.

Cons- literally EVERYTHING else that follows.

Poor packaging AND rubbish quality for the price 😢. Paid £45 GBP for this garbage that only belongs in the bin.

No RESPONSE after multiple attempts to reach the customer service, been trying to contact for a week now.

Fraudulent company. Never order from them if you don't want to lose your hard earned money.

Sadly, not worth the money.
I had the Techterio case for all of 2 days, dropped it once and the corner and front screen smashed. The touch screen never worked properly and the fingerprint didnt work at all despite recalibrating as per the instructions. When I wrote to the Techterio team they advised they can't refund me, but give me a discount on my next, which for obvious reasons I do not want. Save your time and money and dont bother.
