Zero Customer Service
Well I came on here to write about my experience with this 'company' so far, but thought I'd read the other reviews first.
My elderly mother has recieved a poorly presented email from them threatening court action. I won't say why it was unprofessional, I don't want them brushing up on their 'presentation'.
This email came from their solicitor, allegedly, Jason Buttler, (very unusual spelling). The first 5 star review on here is from Joseph Buttler, what a coincidence!!
So I called the phone number on the email and asked to speak to Jason the operator wanted details of the account to which I replied we don't have one. He insisted that Jason was still at work at 18.45 on a Tuesday quite unusual for a company solicitor I would have thought? Obviously they may be overseas, but surely he would mention the time difference when I questioned why Jason was still at work?
He refused to put me through to a supervisor or manager (if there even is one) unless I gave him my mother's name which I was not prepared to do!
After a short conversation about his lack of customer service he put the phone down on me even though I remained calm and polite throughout. How rude.
Clearly I need to speak to this person/these people again so I will keep trying until I can speak to someone who can help.
