The worst repair experience of my life. They have no idea what they are doing. A back of the iPhone repair that was supposed to take an hour, 6 hours later…still not fixed and the phone does not work. Do not bring repairs here…warranty company needs to know not to recommend them.

I’m excited to have received my iPhone 12 Pro. I didn’t get the tracking information as I thought, but I came home and the parcel was safely on my porch unexpectedly. The packaging was extremely great and secure as promised. A great deal of effort was put into packing. Great retailer after all. I would recommend.

I had never heard of tech monk until a few weeks ago. However I am glad I did. I put an order in for christmas got the package very quick, sadly I did need to work with customer service as the 3rd party shipper decided to reenact the world cup with 2nd of my packages I ordered. This was upsetting but not the fault of TechMonk, in fact after dealing with support I felt a very renewed appreciation for them as the owner was super great to deal with and made everything right and beyond. I have never felt that welcomed and appreciated as a customer in a long time, I put in another with them as a gift from me to me.
Still no item
I placed a order online and received a estimated delivery date. When date came still nothing I emailed to get status and was told what I ordered was no long available and that they have a different item for me im upset because if I wanted a different item I would have ordered tht. I was then told they was able to find item and it will be shipped next day .. next day I emailed and asked for shipping info and still no response order was paid in full over $900 will be calling my bank and will not be purchasing anything from this site again

Missing item from online order
Update 12/10/22: I finally received my second product in the mail, more than two weeks after the original purchase. My rating stays at one star though, due to the fact that I was still never contacted by anyone in the entire company (after being told by a physical store employee that the CEO themselves was given the message about my order difficulty 🤣). The effort I went through to contact this company should scare any potential customers moving forward.
Original Review 12/4/22: Ordered two items from TechMonk and only received one item. Shipping was fast but that was negated by the packing list confirming that one of my two items wasn’t ever included in the package. Communication with the company is pre-historic. With NO option for customer service, I had to scour the website for a ‘contact us’ form that only allows you to send a message through the website without any confirmation that someone received the message. After two messages and four days I have still not heard back from anyone about my missing product. I went so far as to contact someone from one of the physical stores to try and remedy the problem that the company seems resolute on ignoring, and have had a similar run around experience on that front, with no avail.
