Superb service
The site had a good selection of products but I was only after a specific item.
They had it in stock and at a great price.
It was despatched within and hour or so and I received it next day, free p&p.
I was informed regularly of the progress.

Excellent customer service
Bought a Flexstand LED light from Tech For Music last week and the delivery was impressively quick. I ordered it on the morning of 11th Feb and it arrived the very next day.
There was a small manufacturing fault with the light stand, which obviously wasn’t their fault and could happen with any product. I emailed them to let them know and they replied within an hour, then had the replacement part ordered the following day.
Really great customer service from start to finish. I’ll definitely be using Tech For Music again.

Parcel got lost somewhere...but all good!
Parcel got lost somewhere between the warehouse and the couriers, so needed to make a call to TechforMusic to track it down. They managed to get it sorted - so good job.
