Very useful software for coaches and user friendly for both coaches and athletes.

I have been a customer for somewhere between 10 and 12 years. Teambuildr has always been there to help with questions i might have. As well as offering new technologies and adaptations to the app. that are great.

The solution offered on the silver subscription would be ideal if a weekly view was available.
As a small business operator I don’t require a large volume of user accounts that a high school/collegiate/pro sport team would need to access that function.

Besides that the software has a great look and feel about it. Program builder is really good plus customer service is exceptional.

Love the customer service we are getting. Love the ease of the app. Still getting used to it, but I know the best is yet to come.

The customer service is one of the best things about the app. If I have an issue, I email support and usually get a response in less than 24 hours. There are a ton of features that make programming for and monitoring the performance/ wellness of my athletes much easier than Google Sheets.

The only real downside of this app is that there are a lot of bugs, especially on Android devices and new features. This can be quite problematic when I have over 400 athletes using the app and experiencing varying issues with the same feature. Currently, you have to provide them with a screen shot/ video of the issue, the device type, and the name on the account experiencing the issue for each individual incident. This can be difficult when you have up to 10-15 athletes experiencing different issues. Like I said, the front-end customer support is fantastic. There are just some things that need work on the back end.

TeamBuildr has made my job, working with individual athletes and teams a lot easier and given me the perfect solution to deliver the best quality to my clients.

I’ve tested other platforms, but haven’t come across anything like this. It’s clear that the founders and developers have had their target group in mind, when they made this platform. Athletes require specialised tools, and you get that within TeamBuildr.

The support staff has been great at answering any of my questions fast and precise. They even have free video support, for when you have more in depth questions or just need their help.

10/10 would recommend.

I highly value what TB offers. The issue is lack of customer service. Although, Hewitt has given me direct access to him, it still takes time to get support.

The software isn't able to do what we really need. It lacks flexibility such as allowing clients to chose the workout they want each month after purchasing an annual membership.

The one client who did purchase our first online workout was not happy and gave lots of feedback. I am happy to share if you would like.

You may have noticed we haven't added any workouts to our account because we are trying to figure out the best way to offer what our clients want.

I really want TB to work for us.

I have been using team buildr for the past month and I love it. I wasted so much time sending pdf’s to athletes in the past. I know have all the athletes one platform and the feedback from them has been great. They feel it is very user friendly, helps keep them accountable to their training and makes it more enjoyable. I have a lot more to explore on team buildr which is exciting. After spending a lot of time researching different platforms I feel I have definitely made the right choice. The support from the team is also exceptional. They are friendly and happy to answer questions over video calls. I would highly recommend if you are a fitness/healthcare professional working with athletes.

It is a Brilliant CMS. The best I tried. There is just one thing I’d like to see. Better filter (tags) options. You cannot filter with several tags. That’s make the exercise selection slower and eventually longer

The customer service is excellent, the software is fantastic, and I believe it will be a huge move in the right direction for our high school strength and conditioning!

I recently incorporate TeamBuildr into my business again (used it when I first started working for a different company) since it offers everything that a coach could need. It is simple for both athletes and coaches to work with, and the support is second to none. I set up a call to chat about TeamBuildr before I committed to it, and that is what really sold me on it. Not only is the software in-depth while being user friendly, the support you receive is phenomenal. Highly recommend investing in this for your coaching/training needs!
