it took over a month to get delivered a…
it took over a month to get delivered a date was set, then canceled reschedule for the following week when I was supposed to go on vacation. After they finally dropped off the table and put it together. They didn’t actually put it together because the bolts they put in the bottom were too short and they just left it and didn’t tell me a word. I didn’t even know until I tried to move it and the top came off. I emailed her customer service called customer service called to speak to a manager and I’ve yet to hear from anyone.

We were told the delivery was "white…
We were told the delivery was "white glove" and were charged over $700 to have 2 benches shipped from San Diego to Morrison CO. It took almost 4 weeks for the benches to be delivered after we received an email they had been picked up by the transit company. When the benches were delivered the service was just regular delivery that you would receive with UPS or similar. I even had to loan the delivery guys a knife so they could cut the moving mats off the benches. When you pay over $700 for white glove delivery you have a right to expect not only expeditious delivery but something more than ordinary when the product is delivered.

Our current leadtme for in-stock orders (without custom cushions/canopies) to ship from our warehouse is approx. 1 week from the date of purchase. I can see that this order shipped on 5/23/25, about 3 days from the date of purchase on 5/20/25. Once the order is shipped with the carrier, American West, delivery can take about 4 weeks. I can see that the order was delivered on 6/25/25, right around that 4-week lead time that I mentioned. So, from everything that I can see, this order was delivered within the standard leadtime. White Glove service also does not include expedited delivery.
Regarding the delivery experience that you mentioned, I have opened an internal case with the delivery company to further investigate how this order was delivered. White Glove service includes blanket-wrapped shipping, point & set installation of the items, unpackaging/removal of any shipping materials, and an inspection of the full order. This should have been the delivery service you received, since like you mentioned, you did pay for White Glove shipping. I apologize if you didn't receive the full extend of this service, and will personally be in touch with you once I complete my investigation with the delivery company.
