Booked a scoot flight via skyscanner in Oct 2025, flight in is Nov 2025. When my parents reach Changi airport, they went to self check-in counter with the help of a staff. the staff demanded a booking reference from scoot. but as teaflight will only send their own booking reference number instead of scoot's, so he rejected us and move us to counter check-in instead. everything was alight with counter check-in, it scared the sh*t out of me haha. but all is well.

So, I booked return flight from Sunshine Coast to Melbourne. They were $330. To book on any other website was around $750+… I received my Jetstar flight booking reference within 3hours. And my Virgin flight booking reference within 24hours.
I thought I had been scammed, but both flights are loaded in my Jetstar and Virgin apps. When I emailed Teaflight to ask for my itinerary, they sent me screen shots of what looked like to be within my own personal Jetstar and Virgin account login.. I never received ‘tickets’ or a streamlined itinerary.
But I have phones both airlines and am confirmed on the flight.

Great service, got the tickets in less than 24 hours. Didn’t have any issues. I actually called them right after the purchase to confirm it all went through after reading some negative reviews. I got through immediately and the customer service was helpful. Thanks!

This company is a terrible choice. This company is advertised as a preferred choice by skyscanner; no doubt theres a kickback system from all the money they cream off the customer.

The initial flight offer is always the cheapest, then when you go and book it, they will say something like the airline has increased the price due to a lot of seats being booked up, but then I thought why not see what other sites are saying. Trip.com kept the price the same and I checked this after I had booked with TeaFlight.

That wasnt the end. I always add luggage at a later date just in case my plans change. The luggage was 64 pounds extra compared to trip.com's 22 pounds.
I couldnt book this through the website, I had to send an email to request this.

Their website is obscure and you cant change your booking or add anything to it.

Dont use this service. Its the closest you will get to a scam. They will slowly fleas you and you will end up paying a lot more than if you just went with a normal company.

I booked a ticket from SG to IN. It was significantly less on price. There were a few calls I had to make to the customer care as it was my 1st time, they too did a fad job! Just wanted to share my experience.

Scam!!!!!!! Do not book!!!!! I purchased tickets no ticket came through they send me an old screenshot and changed my name!!
I spoke to the airline and they could not find my booking and needed to speak with them. They told me that I was given the confirmation after numerous or emails I had to buy another ticket and I am now money down I am going through my bank regarding the fraud from this company. I’ve also reported to action fraud and I’ve also emailed sky scanner why they are advertising scamming companies . Honestly avoid!!!!!!

Seems to have worked for me. Domestic return flight with Virgin Airlines in a rush. Booked for 4 people and saved about $420.

Things to note/warnings:
1) The flight was urgent, next day. After ordering from Teaflight, I first got an email that it will take 48hrs to confirm the flight. Which totally freaked me out, but within 1 hour the first flight was booked and 2 hours after the return flight was booked. FEWH! So if your buying for a flight within the next 48hrs, I would say avoid as it might be a risk.

2) The booking was split into 3 flight bookings with the same airline. I think the reason for this is they were not able to find seating for my family to sit together since the flight was very full, so Teaflight separated us and created multiple bookings. The problem was I had no idea they did this, only one incomplete reference number was given. I had to call the airline who were able to find the other reference numbers but it took the airliner 1 hour to find the missing reference. Needless to say, airliner was not happy I called them. They wanted me to contact Teaflight to fix this issue but I was running out of time and could have missed my flight since Teaflight takes a few hours to respond

3) Teaflight couldn't book the baggage allowance in time for the first flight, so it was auto refunded. But only for the first flight. The second flight was booked with the allowance but I didn't even need it since the second flight already came with allowance. Their system does not allow purchasing allowances for single flights. I was able to directly purchase baggage allowance for the first flight from the airline check-in website.

4) I have managed to receive email responses from Teaflight. The response time is not fast enough though, between 1 hour to 5 hours. As such, they were not able to complete my request in time and I lost $78 for an addon that I didn't need. (Auto booking happened 3 hours after the original order, but Teaflight didn't read my email for 5 hours)

5) I tried to book another flight with them to see if I could continue to get savings, but the second booking had no savings at all. So I suppose this was just a introductory rate?

Summary:
If it works, and you know what you are doing, you may end up saving a few $$. For me $420 savings wasn't bad after all and was worth making the booking with Teaflight despite some headaches.

Lessons learned:
Always check the rates as future bookings may not give you the best rates against other competitors or the airline direct.

Don't buy addons with the flight since you can't buy for individual flights and its slightly more expensive. Wait for booking to confirm and then buy any addons direct from the airliner.

Expect slower responses, so if your flight is urgent, don't buy from Teaflight.

SCAMMER. I am in the airport, and the airlines said my tickets were never came through. I have my flights confirmed and invoice and everything. Singaporean scammers!

Paid, and never received a mail. Customer service is not replying!
So, system is poor and not working, Workforce? Maybe one person in a scam call center overseeing nothing.

SPAM Site -they charge more than the actual charge shown in the Sky scanner!! NEVER TRUST this site

Not reliable company, suddenly refused to honour luggage fee which had been paid after few days, only kept the flight and refused to cancel flight. Better don’t buy till company learn how to honour deal. Nonsense company, wasting so much effort doing credit card suspension for this case

I just made a domestic booking from Sydney to Melbourne for my wife and mother. Saw this website through skyscanner which offered the tickets at about $50 less than other sites (one way). I booked the tickets which took less than 5 minutes for booking, and about an hour or so to receive the actual tickets.. No issues at all if you know what you’re doing and you read and understand the terms and conditions..

This website is a scam. I purchased tickets when the total price displayed was 6K (for 1 adult and 2 children, including a discounted fare for a 4-year-old). However, after entering my card details, I was charged 7K — as if all three tickets were adult fares. I called immediately to resolve the issue, but they refused to help, saying they are “just a platform.” Why display 6K but charge a different amount? This is fraudulent. Avoid at all costs.

Tried to submit flight cancellation for refund of flights due to medical reasons. After providing all information they requested, Teaflight still continued to ask for the same documentation deposit already providing it and restating this to them many times. The AI auto responses do not understand what is going on... TEAFLIGHT IS NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

They collected our money but did not buy our tickets

I found reasonable ticket from Skyscanner.
Of course I suspected TEAFLIGHT after searching.
Teaflight is not scam for me eventually.

This is first time for me.
I purchased domestic flight but needed passport number.
Mail include document from Teaflight will be received less than one hour after purchased.
Therefore, we have to pay attention when we ask our airplane company.
WE HAVE PURCHASED INTERNATINONAL TICKET whether domestic or not.
Staff from Teaflight will reply soon, not take long time, when you ask something.

Also we will take some days to fix booking because of above reason and 13 digits and 6 digits numbers for confirmation.
I took few days for seat booking.

Scam website, advertise flight as full-fledge airline. Upon booking confirmation, it is actually a budget airline.

They misguide you by showing better flights and then when issuing tickets they will issue budget flight tickets. They will provide lame excuse saying that they are partnering flights. for instance I booked flights from Singapore to India at the cost of 280 SGD as it was displaying as Singapore airlines. Whereas the tickets were issued for Air India. Immediately, I checked the cost of tickets in Air India website, where i was getting tickets for 200 SGD on the air India website. This is a clear cheap trick to make money from customers and with such attitude, Tea Flight can only survive for a short time. I wrote several emails to Teaflight and I did not receive any proper positive responses.

They took £119 from me and then didn't confirm. Scam, I'm reporting them
