Real People There to Help!!

The staff behind the scenes are excellent!! They are quick to reply and always helpful. I love that they check in with me to see if I'm available during off hours, and available in different locations. While, I'm not always available, they never give up trying with the client. And, at any hours of the days, they're there to help. They're fantastic!! And, the best part is that they're NOT chatbots!!! Yes, they're great at their jobs!! Give them a raise!! Cha ching!!!

Booked a pickleball lesson for my wife…

Booked a pickleball lesson for my wife and I. After teach me rescheduled multiple times we politely asked for a refund. Teach me proceed to ask us to take a discount or reschedule. We asked 4 more time for a refund and have been repeatedly ignored and they have attempted to force us to choose another option. Scam

Mobile website forces you to purchase…

Mobile website forces you to purchase recurring subscription plan with recurring charges. Would not let you use gift card code from your phone, you have to use a desktop. Found out when I reached out to the coach he charges half as much for a lesson in real life because the website charges a finders fee. Worst experience I feel like I was scammed. Customer service attempted to help but really this website is a rip off and really tries to push a full lesson plan at a much higher cost. I recommend looking for coaches directly outside of this website. Expensive lesson for me as they would not offer a refund on the gift card I purchased for someone who could not redeem it from the site on their phone.

We want to clarify that your refund was actually approved and processed immediately last Wednesday. Additionally, our support team reached out directly to Joshua to offer manual assistance in setting up his lessons so he can still redeem and enjoy his gift card. We are currently waiting for his reply to get that scheduled for him.

The issue you experienced at checkout was due to our engineering team running active UI improvements on our mobile site, which temporarily caused an error with gift card redemption. Regarding pricing, our platform provides secure bookings, vetted professionals, and a dedicated, active customer support team—which is why prices may differ from booking someone privately.

We are a legitimate business that prides itself on having a responsive support team ready to help, and we are glad we were able to get the refund sorted out while we wait to help Joshua get booked!

Great Coaches and Easy Booking Experience 🎾

TeachMe.To made booking a pickleball coach super easy and stress-free. The app was simple to navigate, and I was able to quickly find a coach that matched my skill level and schedule. Communication was smooth, and the lesson itself was fun, professional, and really helpful for improving my game. Definitely recommend this app for anyone looking to get into pickleball or level up their skills!

I’m new here but impressed so far

I’m new here, and have just finished setting up my profile, which was pretty easy to do. I’m excited to see what this platform can become. I like the look, the capabilities seem great, though I haven’t used most of them yet. I’m pretty impressed with the ease of communication and timely responses I’ve experienced during the set up process. Thanks for what you’re doing, I’m looking to what’s ahead.

Hi Blaise, we understand your concern and want to get this resolved. Our team has actually been trying to call you regarding this issue, but we have not received an answer.

For security and payment processing, we must verify lesson completion. However, when we reached out to your student, June, they were unable to verify the location or the schedule of these 5 lessons. We need to clear up this discrepancy before we can proceed. Please email us at coachsupport@teachme.to as soon as possible so we can schedule a call to discuss this immediately.

Scheduling was a nightmare

Scheduling was a nightmare. I paid online and booked the lesson. I was then asked to switch the lesson to four days later. This nonsense went on forever and getting a hold of someone to sort it out did not go well. DO NOT book with this company. They offer time slots without having an instructor in place. They continue to email me without an "unsubscribe option on the email.

However, looking at your account, we see that your coach was actually able to accommodate your preferred schedule and successfully completed your lesson.

Regarding your experience with our team, we pride ourselves on responding as quickly as possible during normal office hours. Our records show our last correspondence with you was resolved in March, but if there is a new issue, we are always here to help. Finally, we apologize if you are having trouble unsubscribing from our emails. Because our automated system does not allow us to manually remove email addresses on our end, the best way to stop receiving these is to block the sender address or mark the emails as spam. Thank you for your feedback.
