I have had the worst experience with a company that’s supposed to treat you like a customer, they treat you like crap and steal monies from you, even after you prove it to them they owe you. IRS needs to go over their books.

Stay away from this company. They do not respect the rights of the clients. They do not answer la your calls or questions. I have been trying to get away from them since a long time from now. Long short story they keep saying that someone from the underwriting department will get in touch with me to give the release latter that I requested by a certified latter that I sent and they received and I am still waiting.

TBS is the worst. They are in cahoots with Elite brokers when it comes to chargebacks and will hold you hostage with improper UCC fees. Get an attorney is the theme I am being told by others.

The worst factory company I have ever seen. They do not respect the rights of the client that makes them earn money. They charge what they think they don't answer calls or questions. they are the worst of the worst.

Terrible Company. Terrible costumer service.They keep your money.

They say that as long as the broker is on the list of approved brokers they work with then all you have to do is submit the ratecon, BOL, schedule and choose if you want ACH or wire and your money will be deposited to you same day or next day and they will hold the burden of billing the broker (invoicing, sending required documents info, waiting on payment, ect) hence the reason they charge you a higher 4.5% of the load paid because they are fronting you money and assuming risk. Well what they don't say is that for any reason they can decide to not front you the funds and instead first wait for the broker to secure payment to them. Then once they can rid themselves any risk of non payment they will pay you, and still charge you the 4.5% of the load lol. Which in essence defeats the whole purpose of a factoring company. If you have a charge back balance with tbs then getting paid for loads is always going to be messy.
Charge back balances is when you find yourself owing tbs $ either because you were paid more than you were supposed to get paid. OR because they paid you but are having trouble getting paid from the broker. The latter is the most frustrating cause it can be a load from a year ago that they paid you but because they are having trouble getting paid themselves they will decide to charge it back to you and collecting on your next load. Most of the time they won't have a reason why they can't collect and you won't know they were having trouble collecting. You will pay for that load that you did even if you provided the right paper work. Tough to get payment plans, countless hrs to get help or a response. Ive asked for a payment summary and after reviewing it there was about 5 months of missing payments on that summary. Took weeks before I got a new payment summary.
Once you get a response they will be rude and make it seem like ANY issue is because you got paid double in a separate situation. They will also speak Spanish when you speak English.

TBS is inconsistent, unreliable and do not follow their policies set forth for the customer. Most of our factoring request are not paid in a timely manner. They are not a company that you can trust. Seek other factoring companies if you have a need for this service.

This is the worst place to be involved with, with factoring. I've been trying for almost a year to get away from this company and it seems like they come up with more and more things to keep me factoring with them. I pray to God I get away from this company asap because I hate factoring with them it almost makes me want to quit running my business.

Very horrible company to deal with. They charge 4% and yet won’t pay for invoice that have been submitted for over 5 days. They don’t deserve even 1 star. Please people run away from this company. Do not use them. They will put you out of business

the problem with tbs is that they will come back and hit you with chargebacks for loads you did over a year ago so basically end of day you are working for minus. They expect you to send in paperwork within 30 days but then they take forever to invoice. You will be out of business eventually the way they handle invoice collections.

TBS is a nightmare. Now they are putting my money in escrow reserve. This company is in breach of contract.

tbs takes forever to process charge backs, so thinking you made money, one year down the road they will deduct. better work without factoring company, just request quick pay from companies.

I am the manager of a company who has had the task of working with TBS. I have sat on the phone on hold for over an hour and a half to speak with anyone in your company. We owe nothing. We have requested a letter of release since November 3, 2022. What is the issue? Free US!!!

Terrible service yesterday I book 2 ticket tbs to Ipoh after two hours waiting staff also don't know we're is bus. return counter malay boy is very rude

Just finding out today, that PACA loads will not be factored. Perishable Agricultural Commodity Act (PACA). Fresh fruit, frozen fruit, vegetables Fresh or frozen. You will not be paid with TBS Factoring Services, unless the shipper are broker pays. What a bomber!!! What's the point? 01-27-2023

They (TBS) has ignored us for over 9 days they say ok we're going to take care of it. They've taken $1,500 out of my settlements in 4 different occasions they (TBS) supposedly took care of it. We call an agent says yes I see where Account manager took care of it WE ARE NOT SUPPOSED to take any money out of your settlement it says it right here, so I tell them then why are you taking the money out then, she'll say I do t know why they shouldn't be, but everyday money is taken out and they (TBS) has continued to ignore the emails and phone calls I wouldn't need to speak to her but they say she is the one that has to fix the problem, but how if emails and phone calls are NOT ANSWERED RETURNED. I have the emails to prove 100% of what I'm saying. They are normally pretty good not sure what their problem is but it is extremely annoying to have your money taken and NOT be able to stop them. STAY AWAY After this they fixed it and sent me the money they incorrectly took out at 2pm 1/23/23, then my wife billed last night at 6pm 1/23/23
And guess what, they took the money out again off the Remittance are you kidding me, so now we have to call again to have them reissue this money they just incorrectly took out again, how is this gonna be a daily thing for us to have to call TBS to reverse this, Really Every Day We're Gonna Have To Call For This, this is outrageously INSANE FOR SOMEONE AT TBS TO NOT RECTIFY THIS FOR GOOD.......... INSTEAD OF US PLAYING GROUND HOG DAY EVERY DAY......

After a few bad phone calls with different account executives, I was finally able to speak with Laura del Real. Very professional! She helped me resolve my issue with the chargebacks on my account and she assigned an account executive to assist me on any future issues.

Lisa Smith was a real gem! She helped me throughout the whole process and is still a major resource and asset to my business. I highly recommend TBS!
