I was in the shop just before Easter and saw the Tilly hobo bag. Over the next few days I thought about it and decided to buy it. I rang and spoke to a very helpful assistant, paid for the bag and it arrived at my home a few days later. The bag is beautiful. Excellent service, thanks

My one gripe is that i had no contact from you after my confirmation of purchase. As a result i missed delivery .Had to wait 24hrs before collecting at local Post Office .

Lovely bag which I had been looking at for some time. Was able to order online and collect at the store the next day. The girl in the store was very pleasant and helpful.

I contacted the shop about a Christmas present that I wanted to purchase prior to it closing for the day. The sales person kindly delivered the item to my home on her way home. I find the sales team friendly and very helpful.
