So I have been dealing with tax Refundzy for about a year now and at the beginning is was ok it’s all done through WhatsApp I sent everything off and they told me to wait and they would be in contact. So I waited and after a couple of months I messaged them and they eventually got back to me saying that I was given a settlement of … so I waited to be paid out. Then didn’t hear nothing again, so sent them another WhatsApp message and they messaged me back saying“ hmrc want extra proof” so again I provided them with the information that they requested and was told to wait again. So I get another letter from hmrc saying that I’m due this this and this but I have to provide them with details of why I have claimed for things that I’m not entitled to claim for. So again I send a WhatsApp of the letter to tax Refundzy and after a week I notice that the message has not been read. So I try calling them goes straight through to answer phone ( bit strange) so I call them again and again still straight to answer phone, so try calling them on a different number and guess what it starts ringing, send emails texts and call again obviously they have blocked my number and will not reply at all. And only have until the end of the week to reply to hmrc or will receive a penalty. Avoid avoid avoid
UPDATE
I have since been in contact with hmrc who have advised me that on the day that they sent the letter out tax Refundzy removed themselves from my case ( I have not been informed of this) and that they asked hmrc to cancel my claim ( also not told of this )
