Currently awaiting a DSAR and response to a complaint that I started at the beginning on December. They seem to think if they ignore me i'm going to go away. They said they had my details from 2016 yet the company was only incorporated in 2022. They were trying to get me to sign up to them regarding mis sold motor finance. The director has no other businesses registered under their name either. I want to know exactly what's happened and at what stage I consented to being contacted as I have not.

The tax refund team contacted my many montha ago and got me to fill out a form online. I was suspisious but thought it would not cause any issues. I was told I would hear back in April 2024 and the money would be sorted. This never happened. I checked out the business and there were several issues. 1 the owner of the business was listed as unemployed. The operatives were unable to give any concrete information to say they were a legitimate company. They have started to harass me again saying that the HMRC have changed there proceedure and all applications need to be redone. When I contacted them and said I was very worried about their business they again were unable to demonstrate they are legitimate. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

They claim to the elderly all there help is free all the while trying to obtain details. They then try and send paperwork through for signature - then all the fees they try to wrap them up in come out. For example:
