Identify privacy
Not happy with being asked to take a 'selfie' as part of confirming my identity. Especially as it was after I had made the payment. I understand the need for security measures but I was unaware of having to produce my identity a described above before I made my purchase.

Great company to deal with. Always conscious when making any monetary transaction on line these days, but call and enquiry quickly and efficiently dealt with ( top marks to ‘Oscar’ ). All stages of transaction fully explained and follow up calls made by Tavex to confirm.
My only small gripe would be the clunky self verification process, but nothing so bad as to detract from a fully satisfactory transaction. I will use Tavex again. Thank you

This was my first physical gold purchase online so I was quite nervous, the website was very easy to use and the payment process was very straightforward, I had my order delivered and was very worried about it going missing in the post, however they used Royal Mail special delivery and the external packaging was discreet, my coins were presented beautifully in a box, I couldn’t ask for more thank you.
