taste of India central London best restaurant I like this restaurant NW1 2PE Euston station only two minute walk Euston Sq only one minute walk one station only five minute walk and this NW1 area best restaurant I have meal with my family and I like this place very good service excellent customer service nice lamb shang is very nice very big restaurant and nice service and very polite staff excellent customer service we will come back with my family again and lamb curry garlic chicken chilli tandoori chicken masala best I have garlic naan and chef special and very good restaurant thank you so much, we’ll come back again lovely stuff thank you bye

Called this evening to Taste of India and ordered a lamb saag gosht, mushroom rice and a
Coke.

(I always ordered this)
When order arrived. The restaurant forgot to bring the coke. The kind delivery guy went and got me a Coke.

When opening my food, this is what I received. A tomato base dish.

I spoke to the delivery driver and he mentioned I speak with the manager!

I called the restaurant to let them know. The manager approach was very rude and basically called me a liar and said I didn’t order this dish and had asked for this tomato dish!

Frustrated, I put down the phone as he was not listening to what I was saying and basically told me I was lying

My family and I have been customers for over 25 years due to a rude manger . The customer service was shocking this evening. I will never be returning again and i will not be recommending this restaurant again.

Use this takeaway very often on my way home from work. Always tasty and fresh and I do like Amir's jokes as well !!!

Always try and eat here at least once when we are working in London. Delicious food and great service. Can particularly recommend the chicken biryani.

I ordered lamb passand at £16.95 expecting an authentic Indian meal. This was far from it, other than the existence of nuts this dish tasted like a korma, no spice at all. When I asked them to add more spice, they simply poured in chilli powder and produced an orange looking paste. I expected fresh chillies and fresh coriander. When I complained they became abusive and explained how high their rent was. The guy was extremely rude and condescending as if a woman has no idea about taste or can easily be bullied. I would not return nor recommend it, particularly for female clients. I left shortly after with my daughter and female friend. The table behind me also complained about the food and the waiter started to blame me for the complaints rather than accepting their own shortcomings. Rubbish service and food, don't be fooled by 4.6 reviews (anyone can offer), this is more like a 2.5 with small portions.

Only good things to say about our experience at taste of India. The food was incredible and service from Raj was impeccable! We had korma, butter chicken and daal - Will definitely back soon!
