I placed an online order for ‘Tuff Stuff’ on Friday and received the order on Tuesday I’m situated in Melbourne. Everything arrived as per online description. I am happy with my purchase.

Purchased here for the first time just before Christmas. The soaps look beautiful, smell divine and are lovely to use. The package arrived promptly, though the Tuff Stuff stain remover was missing. They were so upset they missed this, they expressed posted me two out! Excellent customer service. Will buy again from here.

I have not yet received my order. I cannot review what I have not received. I already know that I love the soap wrapped in netting. I bought when I was there in February and this is a reorder, so that irem gets 5 stars. But I don’t know how to trace the package. Could you please trace the package and give me an estimated date of delivery? Please? Merry a Christmas to you! I’m looking forward to receiving this package!

Goods have not arrived. Have ordered other items from other stores after this one and they have arrived so I’m not sure what is going on.

The items we ordered were despatched really quickly and received within a very acceptable timeframe, considering the stresses on our freight services this close to xmas.

I visited Hobart in February 2020 from Thailand and loved your hand balm, body balm and laundry stain remover soap that I bought. As a Christmas gift to my daughter in Sydney, I placed my order with you on 4 Dec. and paid $9.95 for Express Post which on your website will take 1 business day to reach the recipient. It is now 11 Dec. and on my order status page the item is still waiting for shipment!!! Emailed you yesterday and someone called Jay wrote to say he is checking. It has been over 23 hours and I have not heard back. VERY DISAPPOINTED with your service.

I purchased 6 x Tuff Stuff - the beautiful smelling lemon eucalyptus soap for stain removal from clothes, carpets, etc. I gave the first one to my neighbour as an early Christmas gift. She has decided that it is too lovely to use on her clothes and is planning to use it on her body. I am guessing it is all natural so that should be OK. I was first introduced to this wonderful product about 3-4 years ago by a friend who visits Tassie from the mainland every year. Since then I have been coming back for more - online of course. Thanks for a great homegrown product.
