I've been through many training programs over my 10 years of trading and this is the only one that I have been profitable with. No gimmicks, no fluff, this is the real deal.

I have been an almost daily student with Patrick for more than 5 years, initially with Trading Advantage and Prosper Trading. Patrick has since freed himself of the pressures of marketing imposed by his relationship with these companies. He continues the daily trading room presentations of live trades that had been presented since I joined him on a lifetime contract. Not only that, but he has improved the proprietary methods he uses by adding an instructor who clearly presents his method in a rule-based process which is how I prefer to trade. Explanations of when a trade opportunity is a good one. And maybe more importantly, why an apparent opportunity is NOT a good one: inadequate room to run, too much action to the left, excessive risk, disqualified price action, and excessive risk. One learns how to spot low probability entries in the course of consistent and focused effort and trade logging. Engineers like me have to be convinced the rules Patrick presents consistently are indeed valid in the long run. He teaches that "hope" and "luck" are truly 4-letter words. Consistent qualifying trade entries, using his risk management techniques, and exit targets (always known when any trade is started), and documented result logging are his technique.Patrick has leveraged the methods explained in the CBOT Market Profile (J. Peter Steidlmayer) to expand trading opportunities well beyond the original premise. I've not seen it expressed anywhere else, so I believe his method is truly unique and valuable, and worth the hours and hours necessary to learn and practice and model what he shows in the daily trading day in his "on-line" classroom.

Finally found a trading education company that is honest and wants to help you succeed.

I have been a part of targettraingacademy for several months. Coming into the program I had spent a few years behind the monitor trading different methodologies in various trading rooms with different instructors and different styles.For me this program was a good fit in the level of instruction and experience they brought to the table. One of my chief concerns in investing money for this education was how much access to instruction or trade review would I ultimately get and how successful would it be in changing behaviors that have not necessarily served me well.
From Day one it was a very methodical disciplined approach with Patrick and Riccardo there every step of the way. If I had questions or trades I would like to have reviewed they were there to answered them in real time not later that day or the next day! it wasn't just for me it was for everyone in the room which makes this education so valuable everyone is learning from everyone else's interaction. As a result of no longer using market indicators and trading price action and learning how to identify asymmetric opportunities revealed in evolving market structure I've really got a handle on the number of trades I put on in a given day eliminating my worst behavior overtrading. Through this education you will learn either the conditions for a set up are there along with the risk reward parameters or they are not. Having that extra set of eyes to review every executed trade will definitely develop your confidence level and definitely worth the price of admission.

If you want to go through a process and learn how to make money this is your site. Pat starts you off with learning the basics of Market Profile charting. Trains you on the execution of trades and stop management. Then runs you through two simulations with money management before you ever trade live.

It is essential that you learn to control your emotions and understand it is a process. This program teaches emotional control, money management and a rock solid technique to id trades.

An interesting part of the process is lifestyle. Pat encourages people to leave once they are up money for the day. If you are doing this to provide yourself more free time this program also provides you that luxury.

It is not easy and will take you several months to get to live trading but it is a process you can use for a lifetime.

Patrick keeps it real and straight forward.He very suportive giving what assistance I need.

Patrick has a really solid step by step process for teaching his method of trading the futures markets. Any reasonably intelligent person who can put aside preconceptions and follow his guidelines religiously can expect a strong likelihood of success. Foolproof? No, but in my opinion as close as anyone could expect to get. Patrick's dedication to the success of others and his availability for consultation bo beyond anything I've ever experienced.

When I first signed up to learn with Pat Assalone, I knew absolutely nothing about trading. He helped me every step of the way, answering all my questions, and helped turn me into the trader I am today. Could not learn the material alone. Tried another well known brokerage who after five months sent two documents and one pdf then said "good luck". Through Patrick Assalone I learned everything I needed and I'm finding real success every day with his methods and teaching style.
