Yes, I find this money transfer service reliable and among my 7 moneytransfer App, only Taptap has a high exchange rate.

Suddenly worked

Do not send any money through tap tap send FRAUDSTERS take money out of your bank without your knowledge my bank sorted it out immediately DELETE YOUR APP and check your account regularly

They suspended my account after first successful transfer, they ask tonns of questions about failed second transaction, and i red other reviews on trust pilot telling the same story, so i am not first, They received my ID documents and then they suspend account to everyone...

DO NOT USE this company if you need to remit urgent funds. My funds have been debited but despite TapTap's inability/failure to remit, they have intentionally refused to refund. So far, I have exchanged 24 emails with them (They have a standard copy, paste response) and useless robotic staff. This is the worst company to trust with your money, keep off them and use a pidgeon if they're the option available.

Took days to send and could not cancel. IN PROCESS.FOR DAYS BUT ALREADY.TAKEN MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT. WORST REMITTANCE I HAVE EXPERIENCED!

Downloaded it coz it said it had a game that wasn't on Google play store, but once it's downloaded it doesn't have the game, they just lie on Google results to trick you into downloading it, I obviously immediately uninstalled it, between that and the other reviews people saying it stole their money I definitely wouldn't download if I was you.

They don't even deserve one star, I wished I read the reviews before I transferred, they are a theft company, few transactions are all arrived quite quickly then you will loose you money. Definitely not recommend I lost £100

they are the most stupid and incompetent money transfer company you can ever find I sent to Ghana now 12 hrs almost still shows pending when I contacted they kept give we are sorry for the delay we can not give a time frame when it will be done so clearly their management is total incompetent and stupid

so this is my last and so all should avoid this stupid company
