The GP I spoke to was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful, if only all GPs were as good.

This is a great service no problem booking got an appointment 2 hours after being in touch. However I did think it was a face to face with it being a severe cough, disorientated etc I was told it was a viral chest infection ì was very ill all night and managed an emergency gp appointment the following morning to find infact I have a bacterial lung infection that needed antibiotics. So if you have anything like this then please wait to see your GP your chest has to be listened to properly. One thing I was grateful for was the anti sickness he prescribed they really helped take the edge off. I would use again the staff here were lovely

Been a long time since speaking to a doctor and they listened.
Instead of the "One problem with One Appointment Only," like at our local GP.
I actually got treated to numerous things that came from one route, just after explaining all my symptoms.
Prescription was emailed to me immediately after appointment.
Brilliant service and thank you.

Booked an appointment, within minutes i was called, diagnosed and prescribed antibiotics. Collected them the same hour. Prescription cost £10

Misleading adverts and unexpected costs.

I came upon this service in a very unwell state, physically and mentally. It appears that your prescription is included....it is not.
I was unable to download the prescription from the 3rd party prescription provider and was shocked to learn I would not be able to afford the prescription as I am normally exempt. I contacted tqpgp to explain the situation and as far as they were concerned I just needed to pay for the prescription and would get treatment. I explained I am too unwell and this is not possible as my money was used for the appointment.

I am unfamiliar with private healthcare and this was shocking to learn that there are hidden extras.

If you're vulnerable or thinking of using this because you cannot get an NHS appointment, DON'T DO IT. It will be more hassle than it is worth and I am not able to get a refund for goods not received

This is a service for the very wealthy not for your average Joe who is looking for help when they feel there's no where else to turn. Stick with the NHS.

Easy to connect and thoroughly assessed for my problem by a courteous and pleasant GP who identified the key issues immediately. I was unable to attend any health facility due to just having left hospital following a fractured femur. I was able to to secure a short course of antibiotics for a bad chest to cover a short period when it was impossible to attend my own GP. I was also able to avoid hours of queuing at. A&E and placing myself at further risk of serious infection

I’ve used the service 3 times now. It’s seamless! Straightforward, professional and appointments have been available on the same day at a range of times!

Seeing a GP in the UK is different from Australia where you can choose to see any GP you like, and the cost is very reasonable (even free via Bulk Billing for may residents). In the UK you are allocated a GP and have to abide by that allocation. If you don't like the service from that doctor - well, bad luck - apparently.
Anyway, My son suggested tapgp.co.uk.
Excellent experience. We were able to get a prescription filled and I was already improving by the time I had to catch my flight home.

Once registered the booking went smoothly. Doctor called at time of appointment, he was friendly and competent. I was sent prescription by email and it was easy for chemist to dispense required medication.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use tapGP again.
