Great customer service! I had to change my delivery address after I ordered, and Maha was able to accommodate me quickly and without any problem. I can't wait to try my products.

I have very fragile, sensitive teeth and struggle with very bad dry mouth as a side effect from medication. This toothpaste has saved my mouth. My mouth doesn’t immediately get dry, or irritated after I brush with these tabs, my teeth feel clean, the flavours are fantastic, my sensitivity is reduced. I dreaded brushing my teeth before these because my mouth felt so bad from all the detergents in other pastes. These make me feel clean and fresh without feeling stripped. I was skeptical about tabs at first, and “natural” toothpastes in general but these are amazing.

Tanit prétend que leur produit exfoliant est sûr pour les peaux sensibles mais juste à toucher la grosseur de grains dans leur exfoliant et n'importe qui avec une vraie peau sensible fuira. Je trouve un peu abusif de dire aux utilisateur que c'est doux. Non c'est mécaniquement très abrasif- point barre -à cause de la texture et non des ingrédients . On ne peut retourner les produits ouverts donc pour moi c'est devenu un exfoliant pour le corps ou les pieds. la crème hydratante sent bon et juste assez léger et hydrate assez bien, les toniques en brumisateur sentent bcp trop forts à l'application. Le serum est ok sans plus. J'aime les Tanitabs et les Revolubar pour les dents et le nettoyage général ça passe bien. J'ai reçu en cadeau des shampoings solides l'an dernier mais les parfums ne me plaisent pas et ils laissent mes cheveux secs peu importe lequel des shampoings j'utilise. Je les réserve en cas manque de moyens. Bref je suggère fortement à cette compagnie de revoir la description de certains produits pour éviter aux consommateurs aux peaux sensibles de dépenser pour rien. La vie coute tellement cher en ce moment et encourager nos cies d'ici est parfois un sacrifice qui pince quand on l'a fait pour un résultat trompeur. Je ne pense pas racheter de produits pour la peau mais je vais poursuivre avec tanitabs.

I've been using the Tanit deodorant stick: Peach and Coriander. At first I didn't like it because it's pretty tacky, hard to rub in but then I applied a little bit of water to the top and it was much smoother to apply, with the added bonus of bringing out the delicate smell of the peach and coriander. Now that I've discovered this simple trick, I'll be buying this again and try some of the other flavours!

Bonjour, j'ai commandé les produits pour Noel et malheureusement le transporteur a lancé la boite sur ma galerie et une bouteille a brisée. J'ai contacté Tanit et on m'a rapidement retourné l'item. Tout est arrivé à temps pour le 24 décembre. Très bonne expérience clientèle. De plus, les produits sont géniaux. Depuis que je les utilise, ma peau a un teint de pêche et tellement l'air en santé...wow. La brume équilibrante porte bien son nom, utilisez là en sortant de la douche, le soir au couché ou même en revenant d'une longue marche. Le gommage est effectivement soyeux et ne laisse pas une sensation de tiraillement au visage. La combinaison des 4 produits du coffret est WOW. Je suis également une très grande utilisatrice de crème solaire dans la vie et leur crème est douce, ne laisse pas la peau grasse et que dire de l'odeur... incroyable. Je vais commander un autre Kit pour mon conjoint, il est jaloux ;-)
Je vais maintenant essayer le shampoing et conditionneur en barre.
Ha oui, j'ai reçu en cadeau les capsules rince-bouche et je dois dire que j'ai été agréablement surprise.
JE RECOMMANDE les produits Tanit et en plus, c'est fait chez nous 😍

Tanit affiche fièrement une politique de satisfaction de 60 jours. Malgré plusieurs courriels envoyés pour procéder à un retour de produit, je n'ai eu aucune nouvelle de leur part. Et comme il n'y a aucune numéro de téléphone our les joindre, tout doit se passer par courriel. ça laisse très peu de recours... Très déçue de cette entreprise québécoise.

half the tablets are small and broken...how can they be $14 for such a small pack...really waiting for some competition to saturate the market for better products and quality. 10% is less than tax for !! no..I read the other reviews....

They will not let you cancel your subscription stuck paying for life. They let you sign in to your profile but not manage it. ridiculous. I sent two emails to cancel and left a message but never heard back until I got a thank you for your order thing. I liked their product but will never buy from them again because of their shoddy scam way of making you sign up for auto renewals and not letting you cancel.

First- the product shipped quickly, arriving as expected.
What it’s like-
Getting used to a tablet wasn’t hard, but don’t expect the same experience as using a regular toothpaste. It hardly feels like there enough product to throughly clean my teeth or mouth. I bought charcoal tabs, which left my mouth black and teeth grey. I really wish my mouth felt and looked fresher afterwards. It did not.

I used the product consistently with between two regular check ups and screening.
Compared to my last and regular check ups—here’s the facts:

I had more staining than in previous appointments. I needed an additional unit of scaling. The tabs don’t clean or don’t provide enough product to to clean well. While there’s no evidence of long term damage, the hygienist and dentist were disappointed to see an harsh abrasive in the ingredient list. Long term you may damage your teeth. If these receive CDA approval, I might try again. Until then, I’m out a fair bit of money for overpriced products of questionable efficacy.

Placed an order. It said 1-3 days shipping. After a few days I see it has still not been shipped. Contacted them same old crap we are busy give us a few days. I did now it’s been 2 weeks still not shipped. So said to cancel order. Now they said production is slow. lol. But on the site still says 1-3 days shipping. Get you shit together. Be honest. So many scams going on a person can not be to careful now days. I am still not sure if this is a scam or not. Hopefully I get dollars back

I have been waiting for over 3 weeks for my order. I was sent 2 seperate emails to tell me my order was on the way. It was to arrive seperately. Today part of my order arrived, however when I clicked on the original confimation email from TANIT to veiw my order it states that all items have arrived. The only thing that arrived was the mouthwash. I also tried to sign into my account on the website and that did not work. I have reached out to the company many times, only to get an automated email stating that they were behind. I will be contacting the BBB and my credit card card company with fraud charges. So much for trying to support a Canadian company. Also they are advertising false ingredients. They need to be held accountable for their actions.

I have been waiting weeks for my order, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of information provided. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the company had sold more items than were available and that I would eventually receive my coffret, without any indication of when the issue would be resolved. This uncertainty is unacceptable, and I would appreciate a clear update and a concrete timeline for delivery.

I ordered a bag of 124 tanit tabs Sept 26th that were priced at $22. Upon checkout I was prompted with a deal for the same amount but for $16. I thought that was a great deal for a healthier alternative so I bought another. My total order was $41.02. A bit steep for toothpaste but I had researched and read they used MICRO HYDROXYAPATITE.

I have sent emails about whether or not they use NANO OR MICRO HYDROXYAPATITE after seeing replies on their facebook posts with conflicting information because it said on different replies that they use either. I wanted to know which for sure. Through email I was told it was MICRO.
I was also told that they had a sale and were backed up and that’s why my order hadn’t yet shipped. Then I inquired about who would ship since Canada Post went on strike. They told me a company named ChitChats would be shipping, still nothing after a week or so, so I asked again then was told it would be Intelcom and that it would ship in 3-5 days on Oct 9th.
Still nothing. Fast forward to today. It’s Oct 18th and my order still has not shipped and I’m not getting replies to my emails.
Like another review said-this company is a scam. They need to be audited by Health Canada because the tabs either contain NANO or MICRO HYDROXYAPATITE. Nano crosses the blood/brain barrier and companies like Boka are already being sued for this crap so why should these people be able to falsify info and possibly hurt people and get away with it.
I have requested a full refund. I’ll see how that goes.
I plan on making a complaint to BBB and Health Canada.

I ordered the Tanit toothpaste tablets, they looked legit, however I should have done my research.
Product ordered, 15 days later, and it never sent. I asked for a refund and they complied, 5 business days later, refund never sent as there was a "block".
I sent another email, and immediately a refund was issued, meant to arrive 4 days later. We shall see Tanit, we shall see.

This sort of business practice screams out scam to me.
Research research research before you buy!

This is not a well-managed company, and I have filed a complaint with Health Canada asking for a full audit of their labeling, marketing claims and product ingredients.

Their Tanit-tabs Hydroxyapatite toothpaste tablets appear to perform decently, but on their website they several times, in several places, state that the tablets contain MICRO-Hydroxyapatite, whereas the packaging states nHAp, or NANO-Hydroxyapatite. These are two different ingredients, and there is a huge debate among users of non-fluoride toothpastes as to which is better. Some will maintain that the Nano version is more effective at penetrating small fissures in tooth enamel, while others argue that the Micro version is safer because of concerns about nano-hydroxyapatite being more likely to enter the bloodstream (the particle sizes are much smaller).

They can use either, but customers should not be misled about which version of Hydroxyapatite they're buying.

It gets even more concerning when you realize that they mention (incorrectly) the type of Hydroxyapatite when describing some flavours of the product, but don't mention what type of Hydroxyapatite they use at all in others ... or they mention it in French, but not in English for the same product, etc. It's as if their website was edited at 2 AM by someone who just returned from a party.

I've emailed Tanit several times about this, including one email addressed to their CEO, but I have not received replies addressing the issue ... just an automated reply explaining what nano-hydroxyapatite is, not something that suggests a real human is looking into the issue I've raised about their marketing and labeling errors. (Those automated emails are also the only indication I have that the packaging, which states nano-hydroxyapatite, is correct while the website, which states micro-hydroxyapatite, is incorrect.)

When I phone them, I invariably reach a recording asking me to leave a message, even during the middle of the business day.

I will use up the product I have (I actually prefer nano-hydroxyapatite) but I will not buy from them again. If they can make this many mistakes in how they describe their product ingredients on an easily-corrected website, and can be this unresponsive when errors are brought to heir attention, I cannot trust that they have any quality control and that their products actually contain what they claim.

I'm requesting that Health Canada do a full audit of the company's labeling, marketing and manufacturing, and that they be required to offer a refund to all customers who thought they were purchasing a product containing micro-hydroxyapatite, as they claim on their website.

This company is a scam. They took my money and did not send the product. Any positive reviews you are seeing are reviews they have solicited to take money. Do not buy from them. I let TANIT know but I know this info is only going to scammers who don't want to work and would rather rip off honest, hard working Canadian. This is not how Canadians roll. Clearly these people are not from Canada.

I'm not sure why it says the company is from Colombia. This is actually a Canadian company. I have bought their sunscreen, toothbrushes, & mouthwash tablets. I like their sunscreen as it doesn't break my face out. Their toothbrushes are nice also. I didn't like the mouthwash tablets as I found them hard to breakdown.

But otherwise I think this company is fine. They are a real company. I have always received the items I ordered from them.

Malheureusement Tanit nous a beaucoup déçu. Nous avons acheté tous les produits pour tester et aucun réussi à accomplir la tâche pour laquelle il a été conçu. Très désapointant, nous voulions tant les encourager et être fiers. Maintenant, nous avons essayé la crème solaire, mais je fais une légère réaction. Et comment savoir, connaissant l'inefficacité des autres produits, savon à linge, savon à vaisselle, «savon» à main, nettoyant, que nous avons une réelle protection contre le soleil!! Malheureusement le marketing encore nous trahit. Ce ne sont pas des produits que je vais racheter. Ils devraient réellement revoir tous les produits. Je n'arrive pas à imaginer que les tests avant commercialisation les aient satisfait !!

My friend, my daughter-in-law and myself all tried some of the household products. Unfortunately, none of us were impressed. We found the spray cleaners to leave streaks. The sprayers covered too wide of an area and you had to be careful not to get it where you didn't want it. I also had an incident with a sprayer bottle....after several uses, I grabbed it from the cupboard and started to spray my counter top...when the sprayer part actually came loose and the bottle fell to the floor, with about half the contents all over my floor. I also tried the laundry tablets and found that, even though I used warm water and the cycle ran for 59 minutes, the tablets did not fully dissolve and some of the clothing still had residue on it. I am now reluctant to even try the dishwasher tablets. My daughter-in-law wrote to the company itself regarding her feedback and never received any response.
