Talma Bewertungen

This was my first time using a travel agent and I was apsolutely blown away by the level of service and attention to detail Talma offered. Everything was tailored and the hotel they suggested was perfect. Can’t recommend them enough!

Sarah has always given us excellent service. I have used Howard Travel/Norad and now Talma for over 40 years.
Nothing has been an issue they have always sorted it out. Whether it has been Car Hire, Flights etc.
I would thoroughly recommend them.

All very efficient and well planned. The stop in Turin was a highlight and it was good to break the journey.
The hotel was in a perfect location with a lovely big infinity pool and steps into the lake which was so clear and fresh, so I swam for ages at every opportunity.
The breakfast was delicious with varied choices and in a lovely setting.
Hotel as clean and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Dinner let them down as it was in a dingy room and the food was minimal and nothing was Italian, just a couple of pieces of potato with tough green peppers every evening. The vegetarian option was an apology for food but the fish and meat dishes were ok.
If even just one evening could have been on the roof terrace with better food we would have been happier.
The tours were well arranged and some very interesting locations. The tour guide was very professional and we felt safe under her guidance.
The journey home would have been better with a stop as the five or six train changes were tedious compared to the way out.
Our first holiday like this and we would consider another.

The very best service, endless patience and extremely thorough and kind. Sarah has dealt with my travel requirements for many years now and has never let me down. Thoroughly recommend her!

Booked with Sarah Tichacek, who was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient, offering a personal service. All paperwork sorted quickly. Would highly recommend,

Sarah Tichacek was our contact and she organised a wonderful two week holiday / tour in Tamil Nadu, South India. Generally lovely hotels, great driver and good specialist guides for specific places. The local tour operator was brilliant - when we had a problem with one of our hotels they quickly changed the itinerary so we left it a day early and spent an extra night at the next hotel (in Chettinad, which was a particular highlight of our holiday).

We’ve just come back from the most amazing holiday in Japan and Hong Kong arranged by Sarah.

It was a long time in the planning and Sarah was very patient with us whilst we changed our requirements and added things on and took things off.

The holiday itself went so smoothly thanks to the attention to detail Sarah gave it - it was perfect.
100% recommend!!

Sarah is a fantastic travel agent. Another holiday she has arranged for us. 3 nights in Finland. Bliss

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sarah at Norad to plan my honeymoon to South Africa and Mauritius, and I can’t speak highly enough of the experience!

Sarah is incredibly knowledgeable, and she truly understood what we were looking for in our dream trip. The itinerary she crafted was perfect – each destination was well thought out and she managed to balance relaxation and adventure beautifully. The accommodations that were chosen were perfectly suited to each destination and having every element of our trip pre-planned (flights, hotels, transfers, tours, guides etc!) meant we could just relax and enjoy. The tours that were booked for us in each location were fantastic and felt personal – nothing like we’ve ever experienced before. Sarah was incredibly responsive, answering all our questions and making adjustments whenever we needed.

I highly recommend Sarah to anyone looking to plan any type of trip. She turned our honeymoon dreams into reality, and I’m so grateful for her expertise and personalised approach.

Very efficient service. Sarah researched travel and accomodation options for my business trip to the US, and generally made the whole experience stress free.

Sarah Tichaceck from
NORAD Travel has yet again found us a fabulous holiday. We went to Sorrento and stayed in a beautiful hotel, the flights were all arranged by Sarah all without a hitch. This is one of many holidays we have booked with Sarah and wouldn’t dream of booking one without her now - thank you !

We have used Norad Travel for the last 10 years or so and we can honestly say that every hoiiday they have organised for us has been perfect. Every flight, connection, transfer, hotel has always been as they said it would.Nothing was too much trouble and we were always given alternatives and other options. A big thumbs up and especially to Sarah at the Liss branch.

Sarah T has an exquisite and detailed knowledge of both the travel market and the destinations we discussed (many). Her sensible, honest and friendly approach combined with a strong customer focus and relentless attention to detail ensured the services she provided us must surely be the best available. It was a real pleasure dealing with Sarah and everybody I interacted with at Norad; if the airline and hotel staff can replicate this, our holiday will be nothing short of incredible. Thank you for all your hard work and effort!

Very good personal relationship with the Leisure Travel Manager has ensured consistently good service for both world wide and European travel. Great advantage to be able to present skeleton ideas and then work them up into a comprehensive schedule incorporating both client and Norad input and advice. A very sound knowledge of the travel industry sources of information has ensured that some testing travel requirements have come together to produce excellent experiences. Strongly recommended.

Absolutely fabulous service from Sarah T at Norad. Attention to every detail of our holiday was top notch. This was our first time using NORAD and it was quite a big trip. We will definitely be using them again

Excellent services and reasonably priced holidays

Sarah at Norad Travel has helped our family plan holidays for a number of years now. She spends so time making sure you make the right choices, hotel, trips, guides - nothing is ever too much trouble. Her attention to detail is second to none and we’ve always been delighted with our choices.

We would thoroughly recommend Norad Gloucester, we have used them to book our last four holidays & each time they have been very helpful & knowledgable. The staff are very friendly & will spend the time to go through all the details on a one to one basis. They were also keen to know how the holiday went on our return, ringing us to enquire which was a very courteous thing to do.

Very good service, Hoilday was amazing
Will book again

Excellent, individualised customer care - Joe and Mel understood exactly what I was looking for and found it. Nothing was too much trouble.
