Excellent product, but ...
Excellent product, but your packaging (for postage) is outrageously wasteful. I thought it was the Lalique vase I had ordered from an antique shop in Pisa .
The napkins, however, were gorgeous, and had the desired effect.

Very happy
The saucer crackers with the conversation starters were excellent. I was a bit disappointed with the jokes. These were not Christmas crackers, so I didn’t expect seasonal jokes. The napkins and tables lights were also excellent. They all made a January birthday party that bit brighter.

Great escape room game, great customer service
For New Years Eve, we bought an Escape Room game. The game was inventive and fun, but sadly on one part the website (actually an instagram filter) didn't work. We could still play (there is a 'cheat' code, so we were able to get past this) but it was a shame.
I wrote to the company, and got an instant response. Embarrassingly, the filter now seemed to work - which suggested quick tech fixes on their part - but they offered to send me a new game to make up for it.
I didn't think much of this, and last week had another email from the company checking whether I had received the game or not. I hadn't - so they sent it again, tracked this time. It has turned up today, and I am excited to get together with the family and have a go at this one.
Wonderful company experience - great customer service, and (so far) a great game.

Avoid this company
Ordered two items for Christmas. Delivery took 9 days, and only one item was delivered. Contacted the company to ask about the missing item to be told, "Please accept our apologies, I have just seen that the line went out of stock, which is why it wasn’t included in your delivery. I have raised a refund for you for this item and you should receive the confirmation shortly." Had I not contacted the company, it seems doubtful they would have contacted me. And too late for me to find a replacement in time for Christmas, To add insult to injury, the refund amount was not the full amount paid! I emailed them about this and my email, plus a reminder, has been ignored. Avoid this company - they are very unprofessional.

Poor quality Advent candles and poor care with packing
Bought Advent candles and numbers and art work was so faded (nothing close to the image on web!) and to cap it all they were not wrapped to protect them; imagine posting out candles with no protective wrapping? Returning them

Excellent customer service Bad delivery service
There was a mix up with my deli every twice but I blame the courier service . I received quick customer service and although a long wait, goods are very good quality, helpful staff so will definitely use again 👍❤️
