So far it's been the exact type of experience you'd want when applying for jobs. You fill out a bunch of information right away and then it sends you jobs daily for the role you're looking for. You don't have to go out searching. It also helps you tailor your resume to the role and gives you tips to make sure it gets past ATS. Overall this is a great site, I would hope they could add a feature like LinkedIn has where it shows you when a company views your resume, it's nice to stay updated!
