I am very impressed by this organisation and especially by it's customer service.
They dealt with my order in a very professional manner and supplied the link for the Tai Chi programme, which works well.
My own arrangements prevent me from continuing with the programme after my trial period but this is not the fault of Taioga!!

Confusing layouts to trick customers.
Think the actual app looks good .
I haven’t rushed to start the program as I have been pushed for time and believed that I had purchased a plan for a month, a one off payment.
Nasty surprise when I was billed for £78.29 for another 4 week plan.
Just another company that uses confusing layouts to trick users.
I mean come on £78.29 for a four week plan online.
Just hate companies that operate like this.
On the plus side their customer service response was fast.

Cancel 48 hours before subscription renews
The plan was ok, have seen minimal results. My issue is their transparency on the cost after your initial plan. My set up email did not advise of the price after initial plan. I hunted on the app for logically must be located but no success. Now £78 odd taken off and told tough luck even though approached within an hour of payment being taken. I understand your policy but make it clear and easy how to cancel.. for this reason I feel they just want the money.

I canceled my subscription because I feel like it wasn't explained about the cost to be a member. It mentioned a "one time fee", but I was charged again for a much larger amount. I didn't want to go lower in stars because the customer service rep named Nora Abot helped get my cancelation completed. If it weren't for her prompt actions, I would have gone lower on the stars. One thing I would recommend, please be more upfront about recurring charges and not have it in the "fine print". I feel this should be an important detail your customers should be aware of.
