Adrienne was super helpful, attentive and thorough with our 6 month old cocker spaniel! She spent a little over 3 weeks with Adrienne and has come back a much more disciplined puppy. Adrienne’s attention to detail was fantastic and her post training follow up has been very useful. We look forward to our continuing partnership as we still have lots to learn but with such a solid foundation in place, we aren’t so worried anymore!

We sent our dog to Hugo after struggling with leash pulling and reactivity on walks for months. We had tried a few things ourselves but nothing seemed to stick.

The difference after training has been huge. Walks are so much less stressful now and we finally feel like we can enjoy taking him out again. Hugo kept us updated throughout and was always happy to answer questions.

Really grateful for all the help and would definitely recommend Hugo and Tail Tales.

We were promised that our dog would emerge well trained, close to the good behavior exhibited by a service dog. What we got was a slightly less hyper dog with all the same bad habits as when we gave her to the trainer. Very little was done as far as we can tell. The trainer sent us videos but criticized us on the videos. We didn't her her leash or her airtag back from the trainer when he dropperd her off. We paid a LOT of money for this training and got very next to nothing. We have tried to contact the company without any resonse.

Tail Tales team was very responsive and helpful in getting me the training that I needed for my dog right away and on short notice as well. They had me set up with a trainer in less than a week which no other company around me could have done. Great experience with the Tail Tales Team.

We sent Tux (Labrador) to Jamie for 3 week basic training. Before he went to Jamie he pulled like a train and we struggled with lack of engagement with him as he was easily distracted and overstimulated. I could really tell Jamie and Tux built such a special bond and he was very well looked after. We now have taken Tux to so many places and he is much calmer.
I do think it would have been useful to have more 1-2-1 session with Jamie, me and Tux to show me how to handle my dog correctly.

Ana and Adrienne were brilliant. Ana is a great organiser and coordinator and Adrienne’s dog training skills are the best we’ve seen. Her updates, pictures and videos whilst my dog was with her were 2nd to none. She tried to understand your dogs history whilst explaining why they’re acting the way they do. I thought my dog(miniature dachshund) was untrainable but a few weeks with Adrienne and he’s made massive progress. Adrienne has also given us homework to follow to continue the training. I would highly recommend the company if you want to improve your dogs quality of life.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Gala from Tail Tales Academy, and we truly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, Gala went above and beyond in every way. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine care for our dog Alfonzo stood out immediately.

She not only helped him make real progress, but also made us feel confident and supported throughout the process. The training was tailored, thoughtful, and delivered with so much dedication. Alfonzo has grown so much, and it’s all thanks to her consistent guidance and encouragement.

We’re continuing with the ongoing training and feel really positive about it because of the solid foundation Gala helped us build. We’ve had such a great experience and genuinely couldn’t recommend her more highly.

Barney is a 2 year old yorkiepoo. Tabitha was an excellent trainer for Barney. Barney was Anxious with people and dogs and was nipping. Tabitha sent us updates on barney everyday, plus photo’s and videos that we loved. Barney stay in Tabitha and Dan’s home. Barney is less Anxious and is more friendly to people and other dogs. Tabitha done an excellent job with Barney. Thank you.

Absolutely amazing to see Maggie our German Shepherd after a course with John. Maggie was so calm and confident, she is now able to mix with other dogs off leash and just enjoy herself. Loose lead walks now mean I can enjoy our walks together and not have to worry about other dogs and people, thank you so very much 😊❤️highly recommend to anyone needing help with their dogs, thank you 🙏

The team was very responsive and helpful and made our needs feel heard and addressed. The level of personalisation for each dog is great. We loved getting updates and seeing his progress so felt very secure sending him away for his training. The support for follow up is also great (as nothing is solved instantly) and it’s helpful to be able to have the opportunity to ask more questions and get help even after the training. Each offering and trainer is different so recommend you do your research because you know what’s right for your dog but this was great for us! The instant calm shift in his behaviour when he came back after just 4 weeks was very comforting to see.

We had a great experience working with Gala. Over the course of two weeks, we saw noticeable improvements in Bella’s behaviour. Gala was attentive, pointing out areas where we could make further progress (confidence building), and provided us with helpful training videos to follow at home. She also followed up with us on Bella’s progress and provide additional training advice. We’re excited to continue working with Gala to improve Bella’s training!

I was a little wary of sending my puppy at first but I would definitely do it again, Tabatha treat my dog so well and with love,, he's come back alot better behaved, a different dog

My dog is now 9 years old, rescued as a street dog. I adopted her 4 years ago in Hong Kong. I was told by the trainer in the rescue centre that she was a bit reactive to other dogs. Previously, I have consulted 3 different trainers including a champion in a dog trainer reality show in USA, a trainer for guide dog in Hong Kong and a local trainer in London. All are one to one session but all are unhelpful. My dog was more and more reactive.
The rehabilitation program of Tail Tales Academy is most effective. Instead of just meeting my dog once per week, my dog lived with the trainer for 28 days. We are very lucky to get Gala as the trainer. She really got a full understanding of who my dog is and when she will react to other dogs.
After 28 days, my dog has great improvement. Gala also taught me how to reinforce what my dog has learnt in that 28 days.When my dog sees other dogs now, she response to my command and let go, no more reactive. Gala not just gave my dog but also me confidence when we walk in a busy street. She also show empathy to me as an ignorant dog owner and encourage me to carry on.
After that 28 days, Gala keeps tracking how my dog is doing and gives me advice.
I would definitely recommend Gala and Tail Tales Academy to any dog owners who are still struggling.

When bernie was picked up we were both very sceptical.But we were measured every step of the way with lots of pictures updates.my puppy is so confident now and with 2 weeks of training i have got him walking off his lead.A massive thank you to john your amazing in what you do worth every penny.HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TRAINING
