Was phone interviewed on last second notice and was told how busy and hectic owner's schedule was. Had good but brief interview and was told she would get back to me later with a time for interview.
Next day I received an email at 10 ish am asking me to meet to interview between 4:30- and 6. Even though I had plans, i immediately wrote back and said I would make myself available. I never heard back, never received a response, nothing. I wrote asking if we were still interviewing, nothing. Wrote next day, nothing. Wrote email asking why she would waste my time and nothing back. I wrote a negative job posting review on indeed and instead of apologizing for wasting my time, or acknowledging ghosting me, she deletes her indeed profile
For anyone considering someone that will flippantly expect you to drop everything on a moments notice, then no show with no text, no email, no apology, no nothing- when her hair is on fire and she cant find time to interview or reach out with the most basic courtesy, how will she treat you as an employee? If someone is this inconsiderate to potential employees, how will she have time to care for your pet or schedule properly? Someone that can be so utterly inconsiderate of someone elses time and schedule and needs should be held accountable. These are peoples lives and loved ones here. I need a job and am qualified. A si.ole text or apology would have fixed everything.
