I brought a dress from them on the 29th May and paid for UK tracked delivery which takes 3-4 working days. It has been 6 days and I am worried as I have emailed them and haven't gotten a response. I even added my phone number in as well. Since the day of purchase I went to check my email and texts and I hadn't received a confirmation code either. However I hope they respond cause the dresses on there website are really beautiful and I hope they can get back to me as ive emailed and contacted them of Instagram aswell

Thank you for your message. We understand you require assistance with tracking your parcel. Due to the UK bank holidays falling on the 2nd and 3rd of June 2022, parcels are mostly not delivered during these two days and our customer service team was also not in office on these days. Bank holidays don't count as working days and therefore your parcel which was shipped out to you within 24 hours, was still in transit during the bank holidays. I can see now that your parcel is due to be delivered shortly. If you require an item on a guaranteed date we would always recommend to use our Royal Mail Special delivery as this way you know exactly which date your item will be delivered.

Their dresses are absolutely beautiful, the quality is insane and the dress which I bought from them is most definitely my favourite purchase🥰. I always get asked about it whenever I wear it! The customer service is amazing. I would highly recommend them.

Mis-described dress
I purchased a dress that was described as cream - but it’s PEACH not cream which is sadly no good for a wedding dress. I duly emailed the store and asked for a refund - I was refused ( I was offered an exchange but the 68 items they had online were not suitable for a 52 yr old).I responded quoting the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as items were sold misdescribed and due to distance selling online I was entitled legally to a refund. Again they refused.
Such a shame when an online store have zero customer service.
I will continue the complaint with Etsy themselves and in the meantime post on every social media platform about my experience. So Tahlira, I hope it was worth it for a £60 dress.

As we sell on different platforms our refund policy is different on those sites than the 14 day return policy we have on our website. If you are unsure wether an item will suit you it is best to purchase through our website directly as we can best assist you and you can return items within 14 days, easy and hassle free.
