It's a great start, but it needs to be easier for patients. Many patients can't follow the instruction to text ADD facilityname firstname lastname
They should just be able to text their name alone (without the word add, and facility name) to sign up for the waitlist.
Also, there should be a way to sign up for different clinics so we don't get optometry patients mixed up with regular appointment clinic patients.
Otherwise, it's pretty cool.
Overall functionality of the program is good, only thing and would suggest is that it would be much easier to have a number keypad pop up while inputting the guest phone number,
Lwhile using a Phone it’s a lot more simple to do this but not with IPad, I feel guest seem to be more reluctant to give you their info while your personal phone is in your hand instead of the pad it just look a lot more formal and professional. Hopefully that is implemented in a future update
Easy to set up and navigate. We highly recommend for anyone looking for a quality, low-cost waitlist and reservation solution.
Great app and customer support works flawless!!!
This product offers a simple solution and is easy to use The only downfall is if you have multiple devices using the waitlist, they do not sync up so you have to constantly refresh the web page.

We used TablesReady for our first fast service pop up and it was a lifesaver! The day was extremely busy, buy the program worked like a charm and our service was fast and smooth. I HIGHLY recommend TablesReady for anyone looking to make your food service life easier!
TablesReady paging system has improved the customer service experience for waiting customers at our dealership. The old bulky restaurant style pagers were expensive, problematic, and often falsely paged customers if they went for a walk or bike ride outside of the designated boundary resulting in unhappy customers. TablesReady allows customers to walk and ride service loaner mountain bikes knowing that the completion of their service is a cell phone page away.
We (Torrence BBQ) own a barbecue food truck. When we aren't catering events, we setup at breweries, wineries, distilleries, and other public events.
Conducting public events is extremely fast paced and prior to using TablesReady we struggled to keep track of customers to deliver their food. We would have to send employees out of the truck to locate and deliver the food which took hands away from their primary job role of preparing and filling new orders.
Once we implemented TablesReady, we have reduced this effort by at least 75%. We utilize Square as our POS, so when an order is placed at the window, we request the customers' cell phone number and inform them we will send a text when their order is ready for pickup. The only reason we aren't at 100% efficiency with TablesReady is either a customer is not willing to provide a cell phone number or they give us a wrong number.
Thank you TablesReady for a great tool in the tool belt for providing a better more efficient service to our customers' experience at Torrence BBQ.

Great program and a very good deal compared to the competition. Use it mostly on our busy nights works great.
Easy to use. Almost no training required - very intuitive. Affordable and super quick support assistance. We are very happy with the product and would highly recommend as an alternative for rechargeable pagers/buzzers. Thanks!
Can't change font. They are too small.
Also, there is a bug on the software. We put in reservation and it sometimes, doesn't show till we have to reboot the tablet. Please correct this part. Very important
