great customer service was very helpful in providing me an update about my order, as I was excited to receive my necklace.
I do wish I ordered a shorter length however the necklace looks great, I ordered this for my birthday.

A greatly appreciated gift.
Very easy ordering system with the date given where the necklace would be delivered before Christmas. The courier package arrived in plenty of time to be wrapped and placed under the tree. The necklace looked beautiful and was greatly appreciated by the recipient granddaughter.

Very Pretty
Despite my initial concerns about ordering jewellery to be made and delivered on the other side of the world without having seen the finished item, I am really pleased with the result, and my Daughter-in-law was delighted with her present. The little pink hand-written message card and white wrapping paper were a nice touch!
