DON’T ORDER from this company. Total scam. It’s not a small boutique in London, the very poor quality goods came from China. I returned mine for a refund but they just sent the complete rubbish back to me several months later. Please remember if something sounds too good to be true it probably is. I made a very expensive mistake. DONT DO IT!

Ordered trousers and top - both were dreadful quality and tiny. The trousers were see through.
I followed their returns policy but they do not want the goods returned - offered me 70% off the next order! No chance I was ordering again.
It took multiple emails and refusing many poor offers of refund (17% was the opening offer) - but didn't get a full refund and left with shoddy goods that were so awful I wouldn't take them to the Charity shop

AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE! I would give minus 10 star rating if that was such a thing! Marketing themselves as a UK company is a complete lie. I returned 2 pairs of horrible cheap trousers on 10th August BACK TO CHINA AT GREAT COST, which only became apparent once I needed to make the return - I would never knowingly purchase direct from China and have to pay the postage for returns, but this wasn’t evident anywhere on their website. I followed their instruction to the letter and have received no refund. Allegedly, the items are stuck in their Customs. SORRY, NOT MY PROBLEM! After numerous emails, they started offering 50%, then 60% now 70% but I’m not having it - I want the full refund, as stated on their website if you’re not happy. They are disgusting and shouldn’t be allowed to sell in this Country, as clearly many have been scammed like myself.

tried to return trousers that didn't fit - was told I needed to return to China which I did and they have just arrived back on my doorstep (wasn't a bit surprised as customer service communication before then was dreadful).

Terrible! I really try to research my products and can’t believe I fell for this scam. Cheap horrible products from China, appalling quality and customer service. And then oh yes you can return but you’ll have to pay the shipping to China which is more than the clothes! DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO BUY!!!!

Complete scam. China based, terrible shoddy products, inaccurate China return address (according to my on-line research). Suspect email responses from the company regarding refund are AI generated. I reported this scam purchase to my credit card company who were brilliant and immediately re-credited to me 100% of the cost of the items. Hopefully their fraud team will have success in taking this company down.

Do not buy from this company. Items took weeks to arrive. Trousers are poor quality see-through material and are far too long. They have offered a 15 percent refund if I keep them. Or I can return to suppliers in China if I pay shipping. Having looked at another review, there is no point on doing this.

This is an update on my dealings with this Sylvia & Grace.
They have offered me a 60% refund and to keep the garments - even though 2 of them are the complete wrong size and are un-wearable!
They have admitted that returns to CHINA can be very expensive!!!
I am now 6 weeks into this whole fiasco. I wonder whether I will see any refund???

I would like to give no stars.
The items took 18 days to arrive from China. They are very poorly made from very cheap fabric and are not at all as described. This company is definitely not 2 women based in England.
The communication has been very lacking. I have asked several times for a returns address and details of the process but I have heard nothing.
Do NOT buy anything from them.

Dreadful. Parcel arrived - trousers far too big. Eventually got a returns address. Sent back to a Chinese address; company website gives impression located in U.K.. infact even state this on website. Since 8th September this parcel has been stuck in Chinese customs. This scam of a company appear to be doing nothing about clearing it, yet their website states you can return goods within 30 days for a complete refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! No star rating in reality.

Have twice emailed to return items. Not even an acknowledgement! Shocking customer service. Do not buy from them.

This so called English boutique is a fraud. I ordered some trousers which arrived from China with no paperwork, no labels to give the size, material or washing instructions. The quality was very poor and they were not at all what was advertised in the photo.
I have experienced the same issues as others when I asked for a refund. The latest offer is to keep the trousers and accept a 15% refund , even though I have been clear that I do not want to keep the item . After 3 attempts I have still not been able to get an address to return ,although I don’t know how I can return an item without any paperwork whatsoever. It’s a scam don’t touch them with a barge pole.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! I am so disappointed with the two pairs of supposedly cropped, supposedly linen trousers - they are certainly not linen, certainly not cropped, arrived wrinkled and generally extremely poor quality. I've been trying to get a refund for at least two weeks and have now been offered a 15% refund.... really, really shocking.

What a terrible company . Do not order from this company .
Terrible quality items followed by an inability to return the items .
Then when they give you an address to return it is in china and costs as much to return .
Then offer a 25% refund !
Really shocking and am very frustrated with myself that I allowed myself to be conned .
If there was no stars I would give it .

I would leave zero if possible to do so - this company is dreadful - i spent £98 on 3 products that came extremely late so no use for what I ordered them for anyway with no labels on any of them- I didn't even bother trying them on they are extremely poor quality - I have followed the returns procedure i.e. I emailed the company on the 10th September but had nothing back - do not use this company and fall into the same trap as me

I have fought to eventually receive a 50% refund on items that were truly dreadful and did not match description or photo images in anyway.
They are shipped from China.
There is no UK returns address.
They have no British head office.

Would be no star if that was possible. Tried to cancel on day of order but couldn’t as they had apparently been dispatched. Took seven days to leave China. Eventually arrived three weeks after order placed. Terrible style, nothing like advertised product, appalling quality. Will never ever buy from the non existent boutique again.

I was very anxious that I would not receive my refund but am pleased to say that I have now received my refund . I would say if you see something just order one item at a time .

This is a scam. Items took almost a month to arrive. Eventually turned up. The quality is so low. There is no labelling re the fabric/washing instructions

Obviously manufactured in Asia. Definitely not made in the UK

I ordered some trousers they were not as described and very poor quality - it then turns out the you have to pay the cost of returning the order to china !
I’m raising a charge back re fraud, more people need to do the same
