Ordered some sandals due to the description “best orthopaedic sandal” this was ridiculous the sandal arrived with no instep arch lift and two sizes too small. Still awaiting refund. I’m thinking this is a Chinese products scam outlet. Order STS35892

This company is a complete rip off, I paid for 2 air jacks from them and never received them after weeks and weeks they offered a part refund as they say it cost them postage, I have still not got any money back, this company needs closing down, they take your money and keep it, they are a total disgrace

I ordered a monocular and it was supposed to contain a mobile phone bracket. No response from the ‘happy’ to assist support email address. I was charged an international transaction fee so store is definitely not in Australia. Should have checked reviews before buying.

I ordered a cat light that doesn't work properly it's like it was made by a child also received a cat wrist watch that doesn't work when the toggle is pulled out after you set the time, probably doesn't have a battery in it. Pathetic excuse for a business the Chinese are laughing at us fools

Based in Australia? Bullsh1t!! Address listed is not a shop front. Overseas contact number. All items come on a slow boat out of China. Fake photos used. Items are crap quality and don't match pictures. They don't even answer emails and I've sent 6 of them.

My parcel has not arrived and no one is replying to my email. No happy at all . Scammers

Don't be fooled by the name of this busness, goods come from China. Post is very slow. Tracking is dodgy untill your package gets to Australia. Trend Shop tell me it is on their web site about goods comming from China, I could not find that statement anywhere on their site.

Website gone. Cant be contacted. Thought it was a sydney based company with products in Australia. All products are from China. I lost $53. Gone like the website. Beware. Don't recommend the risk of buying from them if you can find the company
