placed an order for a handful of parts, one of them was incorrect, it was only a quid or so therefore I didnt bother to raise an issue with them although I was mildly annoyed it was the wrong part. They have a good selection of interesting parts so I might give them another go soon.

I may have considered using them if their approach had been more professional, but this sort of borderline activity sets of alarm bells.
If you do want to use them approach with caution, they may not respect your personal information as much as you may hope.

I purchased a ZD-915 Desoldering vacuum after some helpful advice from Ben at Switch Electronics. Super quick delivery and the product has vastly improved the removal of SMDs. I had been struggling with cheaper products so this vacuum pump is highly recommended.

I have used switch electronics on many,many occasions and have always received excellent service.Their list of parts has to be second to none.I for one will always if possible use them.

My experience of this company has been the worst. They were not responding to me. Not picking up the phone. Not replying to emails. I decided to leave a poor review saying so and their response was not to correct their poor customer service but to cancel my purchase and make the delivery time 6 weeks. i would avoid at all costs. you dont know if you'll get your goods and if you dont nobody will be there to respond. im in shock as to how a company like this can operate.

I placed my order with switch electronics on their E Bay shop two days and didn’t expect it to arrive until the 4th of January because of the Christmas period.
However two days later I was pleasantly surprised when I got home from work to find my order on the doorstep.
Not only do they give exceptionally fast delivery they also give great prices and a large selection of electronic items.
I also found their website very easy to navigate.
Will definitely be using them again for all my electronic needs

I've been using Switch Electronics for about 3 years via eBay for an assortment of electronic and electrical parts.

The parts are always exactly as per the listing, with a great price and and usually drop through the letterbox in 36 hrs from ordering.

Switch Electronics are my go-to place for small parts

This review would have been a 5 star review. As the delivery was extremely fast, and the products are worth the money.

However they have failed to send one of the items I purchased, and their customer service is non existent. I gather there is a "covid-19" issue right now. But you should not be selling products if you cannot back that up with the decency to respond to a customer, when you fail to complete an order after receiving payment.

14 phone calls, and an email (which can be responded to from anywhere) since the 27th of April. No response. I don't believe I will be using this website again.
