This review pertains to Swiss tours transport departing from Geneva airport. Avoid using them at all costs unless you know 1000% that you require no flexibility.

My flight departing the U.S. was delayed by several hours. I had previously booked a Swiss tours bus from Geneva to Chamonix for the following day (as it's an overnight flight). I immediately contacted Swiss tours to request that I be put on a later bus from Geneva given the delay.

I received no reply. Upon arriving in Geneva, I contacted them again to make the request, believing that it was reasonable as I made it more than twelve hours before and the delayed flight arrival was entirely out of my control.

Swiss tours finally responded to decline my request, noting that it is also impossible to request any refund. Absolutely zero flexibility and terrible customer service.

Recommend using FlixBus or one of the shuttle companies for onward transport from Geneva airport.

Swisstours representative Ms Neha was very helpful and attentive to our request and booked hotels within walking distance from train stations which was very helpful. She also suggested very good tour options within our travel period and made bookings for them. She also managed to follow up with our request for a seat on the Glacier Express as it was not available at the time of our booking. A few days later she found a seat on an alternative start route and helped us with the booking. We also found her detailed suggested itinerary with train information extremely useful once on the road. They had good hotel suggestions that worked out well for us. The itinerary was great, clearly planned. All the passes for places of interest, hotel and swiss pass were bought and sent to us by email, it is free and easy, with much freedom. Hotels were all good.

We had a day the weather was bad and we could not use the pass for a place of interest, so the agency got it refunded.

The only improvement was if the detail of how to get to the hotel from the train station can be placed at the itinerary instructions on a day to day basis. For 1 hotel which was quite far away from train station, we walked there in the rain. We realised later we can actually request the hotel to come and fetch us. This information was placed at the end of the itinerary which we missed out.

We are grateful for Roxanne to still help us resolve the late check in for one hotel even late at night, beyond working hours. The service was great.

Overall the trip was great and itinerary planning was great. Thank you for planning for us.

The itinerary was very well laid out: clear, timing was appropriately spaced out, accommodation location is rightfully at nearby train...overall an excellent curated trip.

Excellent service by Roxanne. She had a keen ear to listen to our needs and craft a plan that worked for us. She was accessible and ready to answer any questions we had. Her suggestion on us spending time at Meiringen was the icing on the cake, by giving us a true Swiss experience. I would be more than happy to recommend your services.

All hotel locations were very good. Bus or tram stop was just 1 min walk from our all hotel locations (Vienna, Munich, Grindelwald, Luzerne and Zurich) so was easy to commute in the city and to the international airport.

Swiss yours was very helpful and guided us true Evrey process from making booking until the end.

We recently travelled to Europe for a 4 weeks family vacation. We covered 7 cities in 5 different countries. Roxanne did all our hotels/apartments bookings and most of the tours in most of the cities. She also did all our intercity transport tickets by trains or buses. Because of her arrangements, everything was smooth & seamless for us since we landed in Europe till we left. She also planned our days meticulously and recommended different options for us from which we could choose. Everything we did & everywhere we visited was a great experience. She has amazing knowledge of Europe and it's as if she had a detailed street map of all these cities on back of her hand. On a few occasions I texted her from any random place in any city & she used to tell me how we could reach where we wanted to go. She did a thoroughly professional job of planning this trip for us. I have just returned from my honeymoon to France and Switzerland which was planned entirely by Swiss Tours and it was a wonderful experience!

Terrible experience, before purchasing the tickets I asked on whatsapp, was persistent about my timings and even when I asked a month prior to my usage of the pass I never got an amswer from the customer service team. I spoke to the manager Arnaz Antia and all she did was raise her voice instead of even trying to help after the lack of communication from her and her team. Hope this isn't only a review but I am helped and this matter is taken care of as it should.

I booked transfers from Chamonix to Geneva as the website claimed it took 70 minutes. On our way to Chamonix it stopped in the centre of Geneva and took 1hr 45, which wasn't made clear on the website. My dilemma then was that the return coach was due to leave Chamonix at 8:00am and my flight was booked for 10:05am. I knew i was cutting it fine, so I emailed them 2 days in advance to ask if they could clarify what the return journey time was. I heard nothing back. The bus driver on the morning explained all buses stop in the centre of town, with exception to the 12:30pm. This isn't obvious on the website at all. Do not rely on the timings.

Why are payments going directly to India, when buying their Swisstour package?

Driver was angry as we were “late”. The rest of the family was already in the bus. But….but…we arrived 12:38, we even apologised but he was still angry. He was swearing in polish, did not occur to him that we could understand it. WE WERE NOT LATE! On our way back chamonix to geneva airport, (feb 24 at 10 am) i heard the another driver giving our driver the leeway saying your schedule is tight so take the airport one. They were both cool, a passenger arrived at 9:55 no fuss. We drove out of the place at exactly 10 am.
