Top notch customer service
Top notch customer service from this place. Ordered a tech suit from them but it was too small. Emailed to sort return and whrn I called (needed the exchange in a rush) thry knew my name and sent it out the next day. Definitely use them again.

Don’t buy there without reading my experience
I need to exchange my product. There is no way to do this easily as with other sellers. Even if I wanted to return it. Swimsport don’t take any responsibility, check their website and policies before buying to them!
They give an address to return the package, no way to track it, no QR code, so bad :(

I'm sorry to hear that you have had this experience Gabriela. We offer an easy and free way to exchange all "as new" items by contacting us via e-mail or phone. This provides a postage paid Tracked 48hr Royal Mail returns label.
We do not offer free returns but the details of our returns policy can be found on our website and our address for returns is included on all of our packing slips as well as the website. Customers who wish to return items can choose whichever postage they feel comfortable with.

My order arrived on the day my beautiful cat died. I found a small bag of Haribo in with my order. It really lifted me. Such a small thoughtful thing thing but such a massive impact.
I cannot thank you enough for what that meant to me in that moment.

I purchased an Arena swimsuit for my Granddaughter and after wearing it twice part of the arena badge came off, I sent an email to customer service and it was dealt with straight away and a new suit was sent to us with in a week.
I would definitely purchase from this company again as well as great customer service they offer good prices and a quick delivery service.

Website is easy to navigate and delivery was prompt. A small packet of sweets was included and "Many thanks" was hand written on the invoice by Lynsey. Made me smile.
