Arrived on time, friendly, polite and helpful. Everything went to plan and everything packed and delivered safely. All we have to do now is work our way through a mountain of boxes!

Would highly recommend Swift Removals. From initial visit to assess the job through to delivering our belongings to our new home the service was excellent. The crews were extremeley efficient and very friendly. Jeremy at Swifts was particularly helpful and very patient as we had to keep changing dates due to delays with completion date.

Swift packed, loaded and transported our stuff with great care (and humour!). Mariusz and the team did a fantastic job and we would thoroughly recommend them.

The Swift team worked so hard over two days. They packed, loaded and unloaded expertly, always taking great care of our things. They were kind, thoughtful and personable. Highly recommended.

Packing and removal service provided in August. Job was done well and efficiently and care taken with possessions. Team listened to specific requests which was much appreciated. A positive experience, would use again.

Junior, Marius, Andy, Dean Mc & Jay were all amazing! Unbelievably helpful, courteous and hardworking. The only time they stopped was to breathe and have a cup of tea (or coffee). We’ve used Swift before and will always use them in the future! Amazing service and a superb price!

Had a big move which we were dreading, and restricted access to the new home, but Swift were amazing, helping us over the course of a few days the team went above and beyond. Friendly, polite & courteous.

We also opted for the house move clean on the day of moving, which I couldn't recommend enough! Made it so easy, and meant we could just focus on the last few things to pack. Thanks Michelle!

The guys were all pleasant, polite, friendly and very helpful! I moved on Monday 8th of July and three guys Marius, Andy & Rich came the Friday before to pack and part load, they did a thoroughly efficient job and then on Monday Junior, Andy and Rich came finished loading and moved everything into my new home! I would highly recommend Swift as a moving company.

The man who did the inventory was excellent nothing was a problem, most helpful. On the moving day Luke,Jamie, and Chris turned up at 08.30 they were pleasant, Courteous, and helpful again nothing was a problem, and the lorry was loaded up within about 3 hours. All went so smoothly, would definitely recommend and use again. Made the experience so much better.

From the quote to the removals we had excellent service!
The quote came in middle of the road which was great plus ease of getting quote even better!
Removals were effortless and organised to the hour!

My move was complex with a large volume of goods and access issues from the property I was leaving. The quote was competitive and quick and swift were able to accommodate my move date at fairly short notice. Staff turned up on time however communications were poor which caused problems as the move was over 5 days and staff changed during that time. As a result some things were moved that should have been left. They were aware that many of my belongings were to be stored due to renovations at the new property but again poor communication resulted in unsatisfactory storage. We were able to move garden items the day before and on the day of the move had access to new property by 9am but despite this they were unable to leave me with a workable home e.g no bed to sleep in, by the time they left at 2.30pm knowing that they could not deliver my remaining items until 2 days later. They packed most of my belongings and of those I have unpacked there are several broken items also some garden ornaments and house furniture was broken in the move none of which were reported to me but left for me to find later. My move was march24 but I have delayed writing this review having written to the company reporting the issues shortly after the move to be told the person to give the response was on leave -I am still waiting.

The lead up to our move was somewhat fraught, on - then off -then back on again. Swift were extremely flexible and reassuring.
On the day, the team (Luke, Sean and James) were great, they were friendly, hard working and nothing was too much trouble. The impact of the upheaval was much reduced because of their professionalism
