What a fantastic company and removal team . Ian , Dave , Mark and Dale were absolutely brilliant from the moment they arrived until they left us . Nothing was too much trouble and were brilliant when we arrived at our new house that wasn’t as clean and tidy as expected. Thank you so much for your wonderful sense of humour that helped us through a frantic day . I cannot fault or recommend highly enough swift removals from the moment we phoned them until we were settled into our new home .

We had a great experience with swift removals. The team of Ian, Mark and Dan worked tirelessly throught the day and nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very polite and were full of banter which made the day entertaining.

What a team, Luke, Dave, Dalian, Dan and the support team who came to get it all done for end of day. These guys worked hard, are respectful and willing to help in every way. They worked entirely with our daughter who took charge of the whole operation on our side and worked as a team in a challenging move, give everything had to be moved 3 times… would recommend Swift to anyone looking for a stress free move… great team!!!

Our move on the 27th -29th January 2025 was made much less stressful by your team, Ian, Dave and Richard. They were cheerful, willing and helpful. We had a huge number of boxes of books to move as well as the contents of the house, garage and greenhouse.
All was transported safely, unloaded and they could still smile.

Swift Removals provided great service for my move from Gloucestershire to London. From their first visit they did everything they said they would and they made a stressful experience much easier than it could have been. Special mention goes to Ian, Dave and Dalian who remained cheerful throughout, despite the cold weather. A highly professional outfit; I recommend them most highly.

An amazing service from Dalian, Jord and Nick. I can't thank them enough. We had some real issues with our completion day and they stayed on late until we got our keys and to unload. They really did turn a horrendous situation into a manageable one. Polite, efficient and hardworking. Top blokes.

Extremely good service from Luke Steve and Dale. They were very careful and helpful with my belongings ensuring everything was placed on the van and unloaded to the right rooms. Arrived on time and worked nonstop untill the last box was placed in the new house. Carefull moved all items, Simon, Eddie and Ashley were polite and kept me up todate with everything. Very happy.

Must thank the on-site removal team (Eddie, Simon, Chris) for getting us into our new house. They worked tirelessly packing the house and moving us in on the day and the 5 stars is for them, but head office by calling us and chasing us about key access (not that it is within our control) with the threat of van going back to base for storage and consequently not having any furniture/life for a week deserve 3 stars as this just added to an already stressful day. There was a 4:30 cut-off which was not made clear (it is was probably in the paperwork which we missed), we had paid for late key waiver but were not made sufficiently aware of this 4:30 cut-off. Luckily we got key release at 4:15!

When we moved in 11 years ago we used a major UK removal firm who turned out to be an absolute disaster so this time we chose a local firm and I am so pleased that we did. Dan came promptly and made a careful survey and gave us a competitive quote for total packing and valeting which we accepted. He was always available to answer my numerous questions, calming and reassuring. On the day Simon and the team came on time and made a magnificent job of packing the house and outbuildings. There was masses of delicate items and scientific apparatus as well as workshop equipment. All was sensibly labelled which was an immense help at the other end. Nothing was lost, broken or impossible to find. All ran to plan and the Swift valeting service arrived just as the last load was removed. The buyers unexpectedly arrived to clean up prior to their moving in and were amazed by the quality of the valeting and there was nothing for them to do, so went away happy!
Moving in was similarly snag free, we were able to go straight in with beds etc in place and the major move went on the next day. Moving is never enjoyable but Swift made this almost a pleasure. We are both in our late 70s and were dreading the process but Swift were the answer to our prayers, I cannot recommend them more highly.

Always difficult to decide, who to use for a house move. We received a number of cards through the door from removal companies. After quotes and the ease of dealing with on the phone, we decided on Swift Removals & Storage. Despite only giving them four days notice of move, they didn't let us down. Josh and Jason on the day worked incredible hard, the move went without a hitch. So, would we recommend Swifts, yes we definitely would.

Swift were very accommodating over the uncertainty of the removal date. They speedily provided additional boxes on request. They got as much done as possible the day before the move including packing of breakables. On the day of the move everything went according to plan. The two removal men, Ian & Dave, were amiable, professional and efficient. We, therefore, highly recommend Swift for the services they provide.

Ian, Dalian, Chris and Dave worked hard packing and moving us, making sure we were in our new home for the weekend. They were friendly, dealt with issues as they arose and got the beds all set up for us.
