I purchased several items from Sweetie Nail Supply
SEVERAL weeks ago and have yet to receive said items. I emailed them to get an idea of when I'd be receiving said items since I paid for 2 DAY shipping. I got an email back from a customer service associate stating how apologetic they are but that was it. No offer to resolve the issue or refund me the difference in shipping costs. I emailed back several days ago and have yet to hear back from them so we're here. If I were you, I'd shop some place that actually cares about their customers. Sweetie Nail Supply is wayyyy too expensive to be disregarded in such a manner.
You guys have lost me as a customer and I wish anyone who sees this better than the treatment I have received here.

Vente de produits cosmetique peut-être bien mais site très mal fait nottemment pour les informations sur les frais de livraison exorbitants. Le service client ne répond pas aux mails ou alors 1 mois plus tard quand c'est trop tard pour dire qu'il n'y peuvent rien.
