Ordered leggings with booty bands…
Ordered leggings with booty bands thinking they were supposedly the most resistance. They fell down in the back as I walked which is apparently a known issue and super irritating to have to pull your leggings up repeatedly. Contacted company re this issue. Super nice response from Joy saying return them even though one pair was worn and they’ll make it right. She sent a return label (no form or anything to fill out to include inside, but most companies use the return label as an identifier nowadays). Returned leggings, tracking showed they were delivered to the address on the label and when I contacted Joy directly as well as customer service thru their site, no reply at all. Totally ghosted me. So I not only don’t have any leggings, but am out well over $100. So they took my money and gave me absolutely nothing after saying I would be able to get the full flex leggings as a replacement. I have all documentation of the conversation with Joy promising me this resolution, but it’s hard to get satisfaction when they don’t respond to any inquiry. What I thought was going to be a nice experience according to Joy in customer service ended up being a rip off. Horrible experience. Date of experience is an estimate as I have been wasting my time on trying to get this resolved for months!
