Great customer service, redemption and verification was within 24 hours. No issues at all

Customer service was very quick and helpful helping me get back in my account.

Customer Service was very helpful and replied back within 24 hours. I would definitely give them five stars.

Multiple multiples days to verify after entering things perfectly… finallllly try to redeem tried two banks and it just says “sucess!” Then refreshes with no withdrawal and no bank connected

I fully expect my withdrawal or all deposits refunded !!!

🛑, Stop! I have played hundreds of dollars and for 3 consecutive days on the same game Poseidon and I never saw one bonus round, not to mention winning anything near to redeem. The games have too many glitches as if though they are designed to just roll off your money and pay you nothing! And I am in total disagreement with the majority of their positive reviews, because I noticed what they are doing to get so many positive reviews, when you sign up and start playing, the app allows you to win a few coins and then a box pops up during your game asking you to give them a review, so what do you do, you just won a few coins so you think you will continue to have a fair chance as you continue to play, NOT, you just rated them a 5 star after playing on their site for 30 minutes. Gambling is a game of chance and luck, but when the deck is stacked against you from the beginning, you have absolutely no chance of winning, and that is what I think of Sweet Spot Casino. They have a fair amount of games to play, the customer service is okay, and the verification process was fairly easy and the customer service responds in somewhat of a reasonable time frame. But my experience with playing on their site was one of the most boring experiences I had experienced on any casino site ever, therefore I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to play after my experience, but its always good to try them for yourself!

Don’t waste your time or money.
First even after winning over $411 only $11.30 is redeemable but you must have at least 100 redeemable sweep coins. I have $411.30 but it does not mean they are redeemable.
Luckily I only bought in for $7.99.
Stick with the ones that actually pay and there are plenty out there that do. This IS NOT ONE OF THEM!!!

Signed up to their website, instantly my account was suspended and it claimed to contact customer support. This was their response "we are unable to proceed with your account creation at this time and therefore you are unable to play on our site." What a terrible response to recieve when I dont even understand what I've done wrong or why I was suspended in the first place. Stay away

Fast and great customer service! Very polite.

Quick payout, no problems. Everything went smoothly as expected. Excellent communication and service. Fun place to play. I play at over 100 sweeps casinos and I put Sweep Spot on my A-list.

Great company and I got my payment right away my redemption. They get good sweeps coin sales I'd recommend them.

5 star review for listen and actually reading a customer complaint and responding with a small ask. With today's world even with a customer having a reasonable complaint you always get that corporate bull. I like the deals and play also but that complaint was answered so I think this site deserves some recognition for their customer service as most make you jump hoops to evem address the issue. Thank you for being customer friendly

They pay quickly and one of their customer support agents emailed me to make sure I got my payment in a timely fashion. Now tell me a place that does that.

Beware users! This is a shady, Cyprus based online casino. They will entice you in with great offers, but will not follow their own FAQ when you are ready to withdraw. They use Plaid for withdrawals, even though their site states your deposits WILL go back to your original payment method. Nowhere do they state that they use Plaid for withdrawals, which everyone knows only has about 50% of banks and is not a trusted vendor themselves. Do NOT deposit with them.

Honestly I’m new with sweet spot and was just trying new sites out and boom ended up hitting 500$ a few hrs after sign up. Got my payout with in 48hrs with zero issues. Defiantly a site people should put on the list to give it a try.

I actually got my winnings!!! Love it love it love it

I absolutely LOVE this online casino!! And customer support was amazing ! Customer support agent Mike didnt hesitate to help me with any questions I had. He was very kind, understanding and awesome !! I won $200 dollars! I would definitely recommend this casino to everyone !!! ❤️❤️❤️

my experience with this casino has been pretty good. i was able to receive my redemption pretty quick and had really good deals since i joined.

I’ve had a fantastic experience with SweepSpot. After winning $270 using their generous welcome offers, I ran into a minor technical hurdle during the redemption process. While the issue was actually related to Plaid rather than the platform itself, their agent, Mike, went above and beyond to resolve it. He handled a manual payout for me and kept me updated with consistent email follow-ups until the funds arrived. I truly appreciate the top-tier customer service and highly recommend this site.

Everything was fun and the redemption process was pretty easy. But since I’ve won I don’t see any daily rewards
