I have used Swapsy for about a year and this is the best CNY swap site I have used so far. As long as you follow the instructions there shouldn't be any issues. The fee they charge is reasonable and sometimes they even have coupons for you to swap for free! The only downside is you need to check multiple times for a swap that matches your needs, otherwise, you have to choose a swap amount that is lower or higher.

Swapsy is one of the better solutions out there. Fast and easy --- will work when swapping smaller amounts at a time. Has been a lifesaver for me!

I have used this app for the past four years now. I always trust their system and I can get my remittances. I like how they check the background first then make sure we are honest customers. People come exchange their money properly, no one get scammed or risk their reputations. Only thing I didn’t give the 5 star is the speed, I used to only wait for a few hours to get my remittances but now I had to wait up to 2 days now. If you are in the urgent need of the remittances, I would recommend you to choose other apps instead of this one.

I'm a teacher that has needed to move money out of China for when I move back to the US. Unfortunately doing it the normal way through a bank wire was not an option for me, but Swapsy has been excellent so far. I was extremely suspicious of this being legit at first, but I tried a few swaps with just a little bit of money and it worked fine. I have since moved the maximum allowable per transaction with zero issues so far. It's safe and legitimate and has been a lifesaver for me. The only thing I would change is I can see the name and email of the person I'm swapping with, so I can assume they can see mine. I would prefer to have that be private or only viewable to Swapsy staff, but ultimately my money has been safely transferred to the US, so I'm fine with that.
