I've been wearing an SVK Root Beer Seiko Mod (SRPD57 BB Root-Beer S&G 3 O'C) for about 8 months and I'm only writing a review now.

The watch is great. I bought it as an alternative to the Tudor Root Beer. My rationale was that I would get as much enjoyment out of a Seiko mod for €700 than I would for €5,000 Tudor. After 8 months I was correct in that assertion.

Although the SVK Seiko Mods are more expensive than other Seiko Mods, the quality of SVK watches are much better.

Would reccommend.

Simons service is excellent all around. Very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He created a build I imagined. Worked with me to source all the parts for the watch and put it together. There was a slight issue with one of the parts and he really went out of his way to find a way to fix it! Even used a 3D printer to create a part which didn’t even exist! I can’t think of a better person to do my next build.
